From what I could gather when someone else brought this up, it's very far out there, past the actual end of the map, even getting past the invisible barrier and exploring out that far while avoiding crashes from The Fridge lead me to the edge of the world's landscape, but I might mess with it more later...

edit 1: I found them, but the plushie isnt on the block.
edit 2: Bro... I literally came back again to see if it was there, but the sphere and the cube the plushie sits on were gone.

Something i havent seen anyone talk about is the pile of skulls and bones out of bounds beyond the starting gate.
Its not easy to get to, being far outside of the invisible wall and well within the fridges spawn, but even with the difficulty to reach it i feel it could be something. Its a circle without grass and 7 skeletons scattered around.
I found it accidentally after reaching the end of the 3:33 basement hallway and tripping/clipping through the floor. Fell till the map looped and i landed on top of the boundary box. I was able to save up there, but noticed that as soon as id fall off the box the pause menu would be disabled. Its possible to safely bring the skulls back to the main map with a backpack and luck with the fridge spawn. If you make it off the end of the map it safely drops you back at the main gate.
Its possible all this is nothing or already solved but i figure games like this thrive on word of mouth so it doesnt hurt to mention

That is a genuine oddity that puzzled me in the early days of this channel, but I never got to publishing the final cut as it never made too much sense until I discovered the Hell easter egg, it was an obscure hint towards the key to Stonehenge! A circle, with Bones/Skulls. besides the gravel circle, where else were here these scattered bones? (Also, Kel passes this on his way in to the job site lmao)
