FPS seems choppy throughout the video. I’d recommend recording with it higher. Might have to record at a slightly lower resolution, but I think it’d improve the watch quality. I’d recommend at least 60FPS.
Edit: could be your editing software settings or how you save the file.

I recently notice that too, i moved to gopro 12, recording in 4k 30 fps. Capcut export in 30fps also. With Gopro 10, same setting and had no issue.
