As a born Namibian with white skin colour, I am so proud and thankful to our government for having taken this step. The UK and others who want to jump on their moral high horse about why they did not reciprocate can quite frankly go and get screwed. I have experienced first hand how in the UK for example how the law is applied or not, depending on where you come from. I suffered an immense huge loss due to theft in the UK and the police told me straight to my face that they are not interested and instead started questioning me about my status, my activities, etc, which was all legal and correct. Despite our painful history, such nonsense just doesn’t happen in Namibia. The namibian police performs its duties with distinction, regardless of who you are. And I am sick to the teeth of outright criminals from those countries coming and living it large in Namibia, even boasting about how Namibia gave them the perfect escape before being sent to prison in their own country for serious crimes like rape and others. So, thank you once again to my President and my Government of Namibia.

NAMIBIA is right to revolt the visa, yes Namibia is known for tourism but who owns the majority of the businesses, is it.not the Europeans? Info. I just found out now from home affairs ministry that It's free travel to Namibia but you apply for visa On arrival.
thanks for reoporting on this.. greetings from Namibia. Africa needs to pull in the same direction. Many Namibians that go to seek asylum , well, the same group of young people did that, by going to UK and not return, (because they get to work, earn in a higher currency and come back when they retire).. i agree with those countries for requesting visas, and we do the same. so I guess it is level field now. We also do not want the brain drain, stay here and help your country develop.
Im happy to hear about the visa restrictions
Good for Namibia! I just came to Namibia last week for a month and had no issue. I am from the USA. It's beautiful here, clean, safe, and friendly people.
If Namibians are required to have a visa to enter those countries listed, it is right for them to require the same. ❤
Thanks for understanding. Easy.
You’re not smart
Bro, buy yourself Cashmere everything for the cold.
If course frigid cold does suck, here in South USA, this heat suuxx! When sweat drips of my nose.....too much is an understatement
Full Respect to Namibia form 🏴 Wales ✊✊✊✊✊✊
Namibia makes a lot of money on turism, but I think the huge Oil discoveries they are making will give them a financial stability that they have never had. Then, they can play now the same visa game with the colonizers.
Oooh yes Namibia, you've done right, all other African countries should follow suit, more so western countries, the stress, time & money lost in the name of getting visa's from this countries is absolutely ridiculous.
Thank you my beloved 🇳🇦🇳🇦🇳🇦 land of the brave 🇳🇦🇳🇦
As a black Namibian, I agree with this, and Im actually hoping all SADC countries can jointly implement this, then we will be stronger that way, ad same time open up for each other.
You have to value yourself to be valued by others! Absolutely the right thing to do! Those who wanted to come will come regardless!
Worried that Germany is affected for they have kinda decent property in Namibia
Good one Namibia 👏👏 Africa to the world ❤ 🌎
I am from Barbados and I can travel to Canada, Europe, Japan etc, but I need a visa to go to most African countries but no African countries need a visa to come to my country. South Africa, Tunisia, Ghana and the Gambia for example we don’t need visas
That’s not right! All carribean countries should have visa free visits to African countries and vice versa
Romania is one of the poorest country in Europe so it was a surprise it was on the list. NAMIBIA is right to revolt the visa, yes Namibia is known for tourism but who owns the majority of the businesses, is it.not the Europeans? South Africa should also revolt some countries visa too, they are having a problem with many Europeans over staying their visa because they go to there to work .
Namibia did not revoke anyone’s visas. They implemented a law that foreign visitors will require a visa in future.
RE - VO - KE .
The point is not visa revoke .
The point is IMPLEMENTATION of visa .
Isn't Romania a member of the EU bloc of states, with common policy on such things? Just asking.
@@ade008 the EU is not what it seems. There are still counties who use their own currencies. And once they become EU members Euro or no Euro the prices go up but the salaries remain the same and folks become poorer and poorer. The only real "benefit" they have is the right to work in other EU countries and become someone elses cheap labor. White does not equal privilege.
The majority of the asylum seeker from Namibia in Canada are men from other African countries who came to namibia get married to namibian women for the purpose of getting a namibian passport just for them to be able to travel to Canada and the UK. I don't blame the Canadian and Uk governments for that. When the process is abused such changes kicks in.
Well whatever be the case, this is going to go down as you do me, I do you like you do scenario.
It’s fair.. the Namibians can rather take advantage of Russias visa free alternative option.
World is big…
@@BonsuBigWhaledont be sad. West africans abuse the system in East Africa and Southern Africa, we tired better take step by stoping this rirus
I have Norwegian passport and I can travel anywhere in Europe and American without no visa. And I can travel to Sweden, Denmark, Finland without no visa or passport!
House cat.
Namibia is right. We are more important than the tourism some minority white tourism operators.think.If they care they will reciprocate. Gone are those days when we felt other people are more important than others. How many Germans are in Namibia on a tourism passport and never went back. Millions. Many came to Namibia and colonized the country. Many European boys are here with organizations that are anti Namibian policies but we have not exposed them. Hypocrisy is bad. Canada must learn to say better things than just sulk. Keep your tourism stories to yourself.
