I don't know if anyone's told you yet, but make sure to have the setting 'lag compensation' OFF - if you don't already have that. I just got to the spider death at about 13:00 an I believe that's what caused it + whenever you picked up items from the ground I saw some lag and it shouldn't be this painful xD GG take care!
