Totally agree! I don't finish a lot of my perfumes, but Mac Turquatic and JLo Miami Glow were one of the few that I actually finished 🥲

@@atin4353Both has a clean smell, Mac Turquatic is more fresh. Miami Glow does have a soapy undertone, but it's also fruity, tropical and sunscreeny 🙂
Jlo Miami glo used to be my signature scent and I loved it on beach holidays, I’ve owned several bottles but not had it for many years now. Love it 👍

i have the dupe for yum pistachio- khair pistachio. And i have it on good authority of folks who do have yum pistachio that it smells exact but lasts way longer than yum pistachio. i work long hours and i tell you, i wear that from like 6.30am until i leave work sometimes at 7pm and i can still get faint whiffs of it after i've showered for bed like after i get home! that thing is powerful!

You are absolutely right about the dry down of Miami glow, its magical✨️ The only perfumes I have back ups of atm are Fancy by Jessica Simpson and Ameerat al Arab by Asdaaf.
I’m surprised you haven’t gotten the 3.2 Oz of Mac Turquatic from Macy’s (called “Turquatic Jumbo”), I see it online all the time. It’s $87!

Fun fact ..I've been a perfume fanatic for over 20 years and Hot Couture was the perfume that started this obsession...it made me feel so glam ...like Victoria Beckham 😂😂. 20 plus years later I still love it!
Hot Couture is my fav and has been my signature special scent for years!!! It's such a gem!!! If you have Prismatic Stars from bath and body works it's an amazing layering scent. The body mist almost smells identical to Hot Couture.
Miami Glo was my go to summer scent for years also!!! Such a nice scent!! I have to revisit it again 😊.

Was on an open top tour bus in Miami and wore this fragrance. Enter the tropical storm. Drenched from head to toe, squishing in my sandals wet. The sun came out and dried us like potato chips. The super humidity choked us to death but baby.....I smelled like I had just stepped out of the shower! Miami Glow for the absolute win🏆
JLo Miami Glow smells so good on me. I know it’s not for everyone but when I wear it in the summer and layer with coconut lotion and body spray she’s just ✨chefs kiss 🤌🏻
I respect any perfume collection that has Turquatic in it. I always have it. I hate that they got rid of the lotion.

I don't do backups but I do have one that I ALWAYS rebuy when it's almost done and thats Ange ou demon le secret by Givenchy. It just fits every ocasion and everyone likes it.

I am curious about the Lattafa dupe Affection. My other backups are Dior Poison Girl, Jessica Simpson Fancy, Kayali Vanilla 28 & Burberry Goddess. 🤷♀️🛍🤭
For dupes of ‘Yum!’ Check out Khair pistachio. It’s the EXACT same but much better staying power. See the comments further up 😊

There is only one perfume I get backups of. But there's a few I should invest in. My nose changes by the month. Sometimes I am into smelling like gourmands, then I get tiered of it and go to clean fresh scents. I have a variety for that reason. Thanks for sharing.

Can you please make review for that perfumes. ☺️☺️ Don’t get me wrong, I’m in love with Yum Pistachio, but I also have problem with lasting power😅 I hope that Arabic dupes will last longer 🫣☺️
girl I have so many backups but only of my favorite perfumes that I never wanna run out of (I.e. kayali yum pistachio, mod vanilla, cloud and burberry her elixir) I'm not even ashamed of it 😂 I never wanna see those babies go

If I had to choose my top 5, very difficult but Kayali vanilla 28, Bianco latte, Ansam Gold Lattafa, Nebras by Lattafa and rose 01 swiss arabian. I do love my arabic fragrances, amazing longevity and projection and these ones in particular are stunning.
I’ve realized that we have different palettes. I did not like the Jlo Miami glow perfume. It gave me an immediate headache I was so disappointed lol It smells like what grapefruit tastes like but a lot of the strong bitterness. I wanted to love it especially since you made it sounds so amazing 😭😭

I get a menthol first, anise second and barn hay scent from B540. Completely opposite from Cloud which is very sweet. I read somewhere that only 1/200 people smell something like that from Baccarat. I will keep smelling it and see if it changes, because it's expensive and as you know perfume isn't refunded unless the bottle is defective 😣
I get the barn smell from BR 540 extrait. I've gotten a few samples of BR 540 edp and it just doesn't smell that strong to me. That's why I buy dupes and they seem to last just fine.

My backup is Kayali Silk Santal, I really can't live without it. Kayali Silk Santal really gives me the feeling of a pretty girl standing out the most in the crowd so I'm really sad because it's a limited edition.Hope it will come back soon 🤞🏼😢
I have a few back ups but I also have lots of unopened bottles of perfumes that I've smelt in store or a tester then brought the fragrance only to put it away as I have sooooo many bottles open already it doesn't make sense to open more so effectively most of my favourite perfumes are not even in use. I need to down size but we all know that never happens...
The new finery one is a perfect BR dupe. Almost smells like the extrait.
My all time fave is Armani Mania. It's discontinued and people are charging $500+ for used bottles online.
Its a very unique scent and not for everyone. I worked in a 15 story office building and men continually asked me in the elevator or escalator what I was wearing. Its on the masculine side and I think why men liked it. It smells like a big warm cashmere sweater with the smell of logs burning in a fireplace. Its heavier but I wore it EVERYDAY.
My sister smelled me wearing it and bought it for herself. So many people online want it back, Giorgio would make big $ if he brought it back.
I got Tease for my birthday 2 years ago and I definitely got that Viva la juicy vibe (Its one of my favs) but for me Tease didn’t last as long as Viva la Juicy so I wont repurchase.
As for Ari that’s definitely a constant repurchase for me ❤❤❤

I’m getting kind of tired of perfumes that are over a $100 because although the quality is amazing it makes it hard to re purchase because of the price!!
I have a humble batch of back ups for Bath and Body Works Dark Kiss. From time to time, I explore other BBW scents but DK is the only one I repurchase with backups. ^^
Yes I love the scent DNA of Yum pistachio gelato that I have the Kayali, lattafa, and Khair one and all of them get used. I also have four of Al rehab choca musk. It's so cheap and I have to over spray so I need them. Also Mula Mula Double caramel- something about it makes me addicted.

@karla__rivera I really like the Khair one better. The Lattafa one for me doesn't last as long and it doesn't smell as close to the original. I definitely get the creamy smell.

I bought 2 back ups of Burberry Goddess. Where I live overseas, certain perfumes aren’t always easily available. So I’m slowly stocking up 🤣🤣🤣

The only prrfumes I had backups for are Angel, Innocent, Womanity, Alien, Heavenly, Nina (which I don't even use) and Pink Sugar. I started my collection in around 2008. I realized that I could not possibly use them all up as I had around 250 bottles. I just decluttered to 225. I'm trying to stop buying because it's very expensive and it gets worse when I am stressed. The Perfumes that are loved by you are mostly because of your childhood experiences, go well with your skin chemistry, and they smell good to your nose. Every nose is wired differently to your brain.
It's insane how many back ups I have considering I started my collection in November & only have 20 but I have bad luck finding out many of my favs are discontinued especially celeb favs.

I love the Miami Glow body mist (soapy smell ❤). Then I got the perfume and I didn’t like it. I love the body mist instead of the perfume. I don’t know why. I just find the perfume smell different than the body mist. 🤷♀️
I finally got my hands on Sweet tooth and it's sooo good. I'm also considering buying a backup of that one.

I want to love Yum Pistachio so much but it smells really bad on me. Like wet dog. I’ve tried so many times but I always have to wash it off. I get the same results with Velvet Petals from VS.

I found Viva La Juicy Bowdacious at Sam’s Club back in November or December. It was only about $40 for a 3.4oz bottle. I’m not sure if they still have it but I picked it up because of you!

Miami glow. Smells like a teenager perfume back in the 2000s. It has a plastic smell. There are better tropical smells. I listen to her and I would return it.
I have the Khair Pistachio!!! I liked the Kayali. But, the Khair is a love it’s less soapy and the lasting power is beast mode! Love it! I need to try Dolce!!! I have the D&G Garden and that is a back up worthy ! It’s the perfect coconut without Being too sunscreeny!! Great video young lady

I like Yum pistachio Gelato but it doesn't last on me more than 4 hours on clothes so i will try Love affair by Lattafa which is dupe of Yum pistachio Gelato.
Affection by Lattafa is the dupe of Yum. but you really should try Khair Pistachio. it's a middle eastern one and its IDENTICAL! Except it actually lasts! I highly recommend that over Affection.

Honestly you should just use the perfumes that are discontinued, if you wear them a lot eventually you will grow out them it and kind of stop loving them so you won't want to repurchase once you run out and you got to enjoy it while it lasted.
