Lovely building but I would have swapped the position of the kitchen with the dining room- I really don't like the idea of visitors having to pass your in-progress cooking to get to the seating area.
Hi Foley, we're always torn whether the dining room should be next to the terrace outside (for barbecues, dinners, parties and gatherings) or whether the kitchen should be. In this case, I assume they wanted the flow to be through the dining area to the private terrace, rather than through the kitchen.
We definitely get your point about visitors passing through the kitchen. We've seen your name pop up on our other videos so we're confident that you already know we're also passionate about the flow through the home 😉👌

I like the apartment, I think I’d have preferred to have the kitchen lead out to the terrace rather than the dining area, I could live with it but it’s not what I’d have picked.
That master bedroom though, oooft! The dressing area is my idea of heaven!

Hi Sasa, those are private apartments designed in a mid-90s style ;)
Be blowed if I’d want to spend £3/4m on a flat like that in Birmingham.
It is all very nice in places, but poor value for money, in my opinion.
