hmm. so this song basically says,
rin, who is an angel and a female, fell in love with miku, a human and female, on first sight. but since love btw angels and humans was forbidden and miku being straight, rin was unable to let go of her. thus, she gives up her wings to god ( or was it demon?) and becomes len who miku fell head over heels for. they made love, len who was actually rin proposes which miku positively answers. then enters kaito, who was a male-angel and was in love with rin, saw them together and burns in jealously cuz, she was not a angel or more like female anymore who he can love, so he kills miku so that rin and kaito unite. but his plans collapsed when len saves her by giving himself to payup for the sin. when len hugs miku for last time before disappearing, miku realizes the one she fell in love with was rin the whole time, and len was just her reflection. miku cries out for she wasn't able to convey her love to rin and hopes that their destiny will unite once again, thus it was heartbreaking love story of miku and rin, a human and angel's forbidden love.
actually, them being male or female doesn't matter in that context. Rin changing to "male" (Len) is just to 1) fool the audience 2) show her turning from angel to human/fallen angel.
also, Miku did know it was Rin all along, that reveal was again just for the audience.

Miku? Straight? Nah fam in her version of this song called "white vow" she talks about how she fell in love with rin, and even with Len, who she knew she loved, she felt lonely w out her. Which makes when she realizes they're the same person even worse. Because "oh hey! Both of the people you love? They were the same all along! Great, right? But, oops! They're both dead ! Have fun"

Ok, I kinda have a theory on this song that I dont think has been addressed. This is just my opinion and theory, and it's probably waay wrong XD
I truly think that there was little to no love. The angel (Rin) got tired of Heaven and another lover back in heaven. So she went down to earth, and met Miku, and wanted to become lovers with her. However, I think that Miku was married (to a man, and she don't swing that way XD), so the two just became friends. Yet, Rin wanted more, so she made a deal with the devil to turn her into a boy (and I think was given the charm that Gakupo had in The Madness of Duke Venomania), so Miku left her future husband for Rin (who is now Len), since Rin stood out from the crowd, which makes me think that Rin DID have the charm.
Since the song notes that the apple rotted out of lust, you could only assume that the two were just together to have sex. However, eventually an angel came down to kill Miku, but at this time Rin had actually developed true feelings for her, which is why she sacrificed herself in exchange for Miku's life. Even though (I believe) that Miku never truly loved Rin back. She was just blinded by lust and/or the spell.
I don't really know, this has a lot of holes in it XD and sorry if I mixed up the names, im kinda new to this vocaloid thing.
Oh it's not way wrong it's incredibly wrong, first of all not all vocaloid song are made by the same person, and the maker of black vow and the maker of the madness of duke venomania are two different people thus making it impossible for a crossover unless you have some way the two songs could be crossed over, but while it is a rather cool theory the fact that both songs are made by two people and the fact that the series that the madness of duke venomania is in (I mean that whole series has its own novels for God sakes) and this series of two songs have nothing to do with each other makes this theory impossible, oh and no you didn't mess up any names in the slightest, I hope you enjoy the vocaloid fan base :).

I know this isn’t correct, but this is what I made up in my head.
So Rin and Kaito used to be a thing and after she broke up with him, he casted her down to earth, where she was left scared and weak. Eventually Miku came and saw Rin, and they immediately fell for each other. But since they’re both females and Rin was an angel while Miku was human, their love was forbidden. But since Rin was so in love with her, she decided to cut off both of her wings so that she could be with Miku as a “human”. Well on the day of their marriage, Miku saw Len, and immediately fell for him, and they ran away together, leaving a lovesick, heartbroken Rin behind. Miku and Len are able to be intimate with each other, therefore biting into the forbidden fruit, which is how Kaito found out about what was happening. He saw that Rin had fallen for Miku and was mad at Miku for leaving Rin and breaking her heart, so he decided to kill her. Len found her dead body and was inevitably heartbroken, but when Rin found her, she immediately knew what she had to do: give up her own life to save Miku. She gave up her life force to give it to her love, and left behind nothing but a black feather in her place, and with that final act, everyone understood how Rin felt about Miku, and Miku was left alive, but broken over her own actions.
Again, I know this is wrong, but it’s what I got when I saw this for the first time. 🗿

I think what the ending actually is: it was said that the sins of their love would only be forgiven if the forbidden fruit rots, which can essentially mean that Rin and Miku would only meet again when their love fades. Tbh, I doubt Rin's love for Miku will ever fade so they can never meet again.
I've been wishing for some sort of a sequel for this song where their love for each other fades; maybe Miku will fall in love with someone else and start a family. Many years later, Rin is, like, reincarnated or something as a human and who she meets is Miku's daughter or descendant since it took Rin that long to let Miku go in her heart. Rin was never able to meet Miku again because she still loves her, but when he is finally able to let those feelings go, Rin is reborn as a human and free to love Miku's great-grandchild or something. And yet, I couldn't wish for the ending to get any better so maybe this should just stay as it is.

How I think the song says:
Rin is a girl, but resembles Len in a way idk, and fell in love with Miku. But being that Rin is a female, and an angel, and Miku is a human and a girl, their love is forbidden. Rin really wants to be with Miku, so gives her wings to the demon king, and becomes Len. Len proposes to Miku, their love is set. Kaito was originally proposed to Miku, but saw Miku with the ring. Infurated, he kills Miku. Len sacrafices himself for Miku, blah blah blah.
How I think the song is related to Servant of Evil:
In sevant of evil, Len falls in love with Miku, but doesn't propose, as he is only 14. But, instead of Kaito, Rin sees Kaito, the man she is in love with, being in love with Miku. Infurated, and sad, Rin orders Len to kill Miku. This is like the part of the song, where Miku is dead. The difference is that Len, instead of Kaito, kills Miku. Now another thing that is the same is that the part where Len kills himself for Miku, instead of Miku, it is Rin. And also hunted. Thus, in both songs, Len dies. The simularity is that both Miku and Rin want Len to come back to life. Also, if you type something big, people expect it to be well written and all facts are real. But if you check over, this is real.
+Amy Huynh One fatal flaw. Kaito hasn't proposed to Miku. He was an angel and love between humans and angels is forbidden unless the angel is willing to give up their purity and their wings to be with said human. Kaito, if anything, MIGHT have been in love with Rin or at least deeply cared about her. He hated that she'd do this to herself for a human. So he killed Miku in an attempt to seek justice and restore order. This backfired because Rin/Len gave up their very being to stop Miku from dying.
But, Kaito wasn't with Miku, he was with Rin. I imagine they had been friends and he was in love with her.

Knowing she was to be married, As it was a sin. When they 'became one', Another Angel (One that most likely loved Rin. We're going to call him Kaito. Because. He kinda looks like Kaito. Shush, Don't judge me.) came down and killed Miku for her sins. Rin/Len, Using the last of her powers, Saved Miku, In return Miku realized it was Rin she was in love with. The Forbidden Fruit is represented her love. When their love, Or when the fruit rots, They will meet again.
