This song was awesome! It's worth mentioning, though, since the idea of Ado singing Vocaloid seemed like a bit of a novelty to you - she's actually sung quite a lot of Vocaloid stuff! It's how she really got her start, singing Vocaloid covers.
I know you've reacted fairly recently to her covers of God-ish and Bocca della Verità, which were both originally Vocaloid songs (with Hatsune Miku and V Flower, respectively), and additionally, many of the songwriters behind her original songs have also worked with Vocaloid! Giga, who along with Teddyloid wrote Odo and Show, is one of the best-known Vocaloid songwriters out there, with hits like Hibikase, Luvoratory, and BRING IT ON (Hatsune Miku, Gumi and Kagamine Rin, and Kagamine Rin + Kagamine Len, respectively). Also, the lyrics for Odo were by DECO*27, whose song Ghost Rule you've reacted to. PinocchioP, who wrote God-ish and I'm A Controversy, is similarly well-known, with more Miku hits than I can count. I'm a fan of Japanese ado. When ado was 10 or 11 years old, he wanted to become a vocalist who sings songs by a VOCALOID called utaite (Japanese). ado was 11 years old when the original version of this song was released on 2014/01/05. I imagine he was training his vocals alone on songs like this. that's all.

You must to check out the cover of vocaloid her done before. There is a playlist called 歌いました(I sing it) on her official channel. Some many classic vocaloid songs in the playlist.
If you want to hear another fast-paced song like this check out Non-breath oblige. It's also a Hatsune Miku song, but there are a few artists who covered it. I would recommend Miyashita Yuu's version, his is my favourite take on that song.

I can totally understand if theres some confusion with "Wonderlands x Showtime" also being titled with "Hatsune Miku"
Or in this case showing up when searching for the original song.
Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage (Which also goes by the name: Projekt Sekai) is a mobile rhythm game, and one of the "bands" In-Game is called: Wonderlands x Showtime.
In the case of "Buriki no Dance" It is performed/sung by Wonderlands x Showtime (And kagamine Len), however the original version of the song is with Hatsune Miku.
In the game the vocaloid songs are generally covered by the different bands/singers. (not all songs. but most)
Sometimes they end up getting MV's, and those usually get uploaded on the official "Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage" channels.
Which is what happened here with the Buriki No Dance that showed up in your search.
Small Fun Fact: Some song have been commissioned for this game. (A perfect example would be "Kanaria - Identity", which was from an official Cup Noodle Collab happening in Japan)

I might be wrong, but most of Ado's covers are Vocaloid, going back like, half a decade. She's also collaborated with a few prominent Vocaloid composers. You need to get on her level :P

it appears that the channel of the original producer (known as Hinata Denkou or Hinata Electric Works) who made the original song with Hatsune Miku was deleted from youtube for some reason, so most of the first results that appear when searching this song are just covers by other singers instead of the original version with Hatsune Miku

I am Japanese, but I have not read the lyrics, so I just hear few words sometimes, and about 80% of the lyrics I can't understand what she's singing, but it is cool.I know it's trying to give it a Buddhist color, as religion, Buddha, Sanskrit, etc. are mentioned in the middle of the song.But it probably has little to do with Buddhism.Japanese people like Buddhist-like kanji because they are cool, not because they are religious.
