You want to talk about foreshadowing in the opening…. 23:46 - Erwin Smith is standing in front of scouts… all these scouts are ones how have already died. Of course, you don’t noticed until you see that one episode.
44:23 Fight, fight, the words Eren told Mikasa since childhood. When he saved Mikasa And Mikasa used it when she knew Eren died in ep5 and this word helped Mikasa stay alive. Whether after learning that Eren died in ep5 or at the end.
Red Swan definitely my top OP followed by Shinzou Sasageyo and Rumbling Akuma no Ko and that first ED they both compliment each other and Requiem of the Dawn all favs
I’m so glad you appreciate ending 3. So many people didn’t like it because of it sounding slightly creepy and the imagery. I always enjoyed those aspects. Op and ed 4 always made me emotional. The suffering of children and the loss of childhood that was covered for all of them in that part of the season really breaks my heart. And the songs matched all that nostalgia and sadness so well. The closer we got to the end, the more I cried. This story has impacted me so much and I’m grateful for it. Music and all really help deliver the message.
23:20 "a sweetly demonic voice demands that we pave a road of corpses to take us there." while showing Erwin, who was described by Floch as a devil, leading the scouts to their deaths. Pure poetry.

"The Rumbling" and "Akuma no Ko" were my most listened songs on Spotify that year 😅 I loved "The Rumbling" instantly (being a metalhead might have affected that a bit though:D) and the ending did hit differently after I read the lyrics, incredibly beautiful song 🙏 Also I haven't seen people mentioning this, but I love how they added the first melody from the first OP to the end of ED 9. If you want to check it it's in 46:35 in the video. It closes a circle beautifully.
It's more hurting than a thousand times when we back to heard all of this after reaching the ending. Specially for me is Akuma No Ko, never can saw that smiles again.. And "To you in 2000 years...: tearing me apart everytime, its more than hurt when the most important things in your life do not exist anymore but you must stay to live and remember it to whole life..
Openings 1-3 & 5 are done by Linked Horizon. Each one takes something from the previous one. Except for OP4 which was supposed to be the ED4 but they exchanged it, so we’ll find references from OP3 with ED4 which is “Give your hearts“ and then ED4 with OP5 which was Requiem. And ofc they brought all of it together at the end in the final opening.

The switch from these heroic, hopeful, melancholic, beautiful pieces of music, into the absolute inhumane haunting choir of My War was a traumatic event during release i swear. AND THEN IT GOT WORSE GOD I LOVE THIS SHOW only jojo comes close in terms of EDs and OPs, and AoT still sweeps.
AH I'm so happy to see you guys react on This War. It's my favorite too. I subscribed you guys on Patreon and knew you'll love this ost cuz you were so immersed into the war theme. LOVE yall's reaction as always. Thank you!
SiM released a 'music video' of sorts for Under The Tree which is like a super cut montage of shots from the final episode, and it hits so fucking hard. The little kid getting crushed with his coins, the officer shooting himself, the fight on top of the bones, oh man its crazy how well everything fits with the lyrics. Everything by SiM is just chef kiss. Also your reaction to ED 3 is exactly why i think it's dumb to try and convince people that the OPs and EDs spoil people. I was watching week to week, and unless you were caught up with the manga this shit was utterly baffling and meaningless. It's only a spoiler if you have hindsight, but if you miss it you miss the foreshadowing and the mystery that comes with it.
I remember when opening 4 Red Swan was released, in the manga Eren was talking to Mikasa that he hated her, so it was already painful to watch that time as in the manga the trio was falling apart. 💔💔
ed 3 is still my favorite! it explains the whole aot lore but was such an erie and creepy song which gives off the vibes of how it must’ve felt being a human in the show just depressing and terrifying
This show is top tier and for me personally it will always have a special place in my heart. It will be my most favorite show for a while if not ever ❤
Great to see more from you guys :) I had no idea you guys had been skipping the intros! Wise since you guys pick up small clues, but I loved hearing the songs again and again and growing to love them more and more
The Rumbling perfectly captures the spirit and vibes of AOT, especially the 4th season. I love all these, but the Rumbling became my #1 the first time I heard it.
First I want to say, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I know many of us would love to completely forget AoT and experience it again for the first time, as that's impossible, thank you for letting us experience that by proxy. The immediate placement of OP6 in S was such a mood, by far my favorite opening because it hooks you in so quick, and its so unique, as anime openings go. Especially towards the end of the seasons, there is so much meaning in the lyrics, looping back to events in the first seasons that just make you feel like every moment leading up to here mattered.

I can't help but adore how in the finale ' to you in 2000 years' -- Mikasa's verse and singing ends the second we see Mikasa's body in her casket with flowers, and linked horizon vocalist coming in. It's as if her voice died with her
54 minutes of Haylo and Kiss reaction greatness, I will be seated.
Edit: Poor Kiss looking like she's about to throw up on watching the EDs, I laughed but I felt her pain HAHA.
37:31: song with Eren's perspective
39:30 song with Mikasa's perspective
"Stop the trees. Get away from me"😭😭😂
Make it a shirt 😂
18:18 18:26 Goosebumps each and everytime. Red Swan leaves a heartwarming scar in your heart.
"Why do we do this? We should not do tier lists." 😂 I low key approve of tier lists w all s. It's consistent. Good form!
the final ending "see you later" song is a depiction of mikasa finally seeing eren after they both die, hence her waking up with her hand holding his, similar to how hange wakes up and sees erwin and everyone else after her death
15:14 They showed everything that's gonna happen and no one understood
isayama god of foreshadowing
@@iamdarkphantom GOda joins the chat
@@anontaku1I just finished Thriller Bark (Manga only)
Where does the foreshadowing about serious stuff really begin?
Because I feel like the foreshadowing is spread out all over the place so much, that I cannot actually get a grip.
@@FawnTheCreator There is a ton of foreshadowing in the series, you just have yet to see it pay off.
Goatbo also joins the chat, but isayama still remains at the top@@anontaku1
38:22 everybody gangsta untill she goes " Seeekaaai Wooo "
That's also my favorite part of the ED. So much beauty! 🥹
Great video as always. You need to see the "Ending the 10 Years Recording Attack on Titan Final" It is about the the last lines recorded from the VA's. It's so amazing to see them in person and especially Armin, Mikasa and Eren's
This, not many reactors see this, I wanna see people react to this
These endings and openings are so well written ❤
1st ED was about Mikasa telling her love for Eren and the 7th ED was about Eren's love for Mikasa.
I Love this anime❤
I love how all these videos have a first half of judging the songs, and a second half of try not to cry😭😭😭
Red Swan definitely my top OP followed by Shinzou Sasageyo and Rumbling
Akuma no Ko and that first ED they both compliment each other and Requiem of the Dawn all favs
29:44 fans watching for the first time: nah, doesn't have that old vibe
After 3- 4 episodes: oh my god, gotta dance
23:20
"a sweetly demonic voice demands that we pave a road of corpses to take us there." while showing Erwin, who was described by Floch as a devil, leading the scouts to their deaths. Pure poetry.
To be fair, that was the best AoT tier list I've seen lol. Absolutely love it
This Series is beyond phenomenal and Legendry holy sht
'My War' rating didn't disappoint.
I honestly feel so privilaged to be one of the billions of people that ever lived that was able to watch this amazing piece of ficion, honestly feel bad for everyone that never gets to watch it.
本当にこのお二人の笑顔と涙が大好きです。from Japan

So happy for the My War love! Took me a few listens to fully appreciate it but is my favorite now
The rumbling was number one on the list of best metal songs for weeks.
And it is my cellphone ringtone, it makes me jump everytime but I'm not gonna change it.
I am so glad you guys were as obsessed with My War as I was when I first watched. It's so evocative, catchy, artistic, cool, and meaningful at the same time! it's quite literally a perfect opening! Isayama said he was listening to that song as he was writing/drawing the final chapters too, that's how much it resonated with him!
I love how Haylee immediately love My War/Boku no Sensou , I have the same reaction the first time I hear the song, its still in my cardio work out playlist too. :D
I swear to God... I listen the openings and endings (full versions of them on spotify) every single day. Watching this with you, I'm in TEARS, I'm literally at work bawling my eyes out. Thanks for reacting to this! 🥹♥️ PLEASE you need react to "Hiroyuki sawano / project Emu Attack on Titan suite" next!! You'll love it.
Again thanks for making me cry one more time. 😭😭♥️♥️♥️
This show changed my life, it's just that good! Seeing you watch it was so much fun. Thank you!
been waiting for this!! thank you to the ones in our community that put this playlist together for them, so glad they were able to have more context with those descriptions too 👏
I can't imagine watching the series without the openings every episode.
Same. Never missed them
I am so glad you guys watched this with lyrics, because they are so beautiful and meaningful. I think this is the Best reaction to openings i have seen of any reactor. ❤
AoT is one of those very few series that still manages to punch me in the gut with this indescribable wave if emotion every once in a while when I think back on it...some kind of mix of anger, love and sadness. I've been waiting for you guys to finish the series before watching the reactions, I'm very excited to go back and re-experience it all again. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, it is very much appreciated!
I am happy my fav OP “My War” got recognised
Lets apreciate how they gave the most honest ratings like you cant even be mad
"The Rumbling" and "Akuma no Ko" were my most listened songs on Spotify that year 😅 I loved "The Rumbling" instantly (being a metalhead might have affected that a bit though:D) and the ending did hit differently after I read the lyrics, incredibly beautiful song 🙏
Also I haven't seen people mentioning this, but I love how they added the first melody from the first OP to the end of ED 9.
4th Ending is my favourite because of that moment when it glitched and served us some unexpected mindfuck
That glitched version scared me though for a few seconds 😭 I want to see them react on that, too!
19:51 Requiem of the Dawn you must watch the full version with the animation, so much foreshadowing and an amazing song
Armin was always the last one to the tree even in death 😭
Girls I was crying with you 😭 I've enjoyed your lets watch so much, I cant even tell you how many reactions I've done watched. Something about this show will always have a piece of me
i would listen to the full version of each one. they are waaaaay better
It's so beautiful that it's not untill the end of the story that you realize all the lyrics that were Eren's words to his friends and Mikasa's to him. 😭
Also I don't know how you guys topped your normals reaction videos with an even better reaction to the OP/ED's lol. You guys don't miss a thing! 😁
The switch from these heroic, hopeful, melancholic, beautiful pieces of music, into the absolute inhumane haunting choir of My War was a traumatic event during release i swear.
AND THEN IT GOT WORSE
GOD I LOVE THIS SHOW
only jojo comes close in terms of EDs and OPs, and AoT still sweeps.
Yeah they should consider to check out JoJo at least once
Vinland Saga?
The rumbling is the greatest anime opening song I've ever heard.
OP 3 will forever be my favorite!
This show is top tier and for me personally it will always have a special place in my heart. It will be my most favorite show for a while if not ever ❤
im crying i love you both so much 😭 im going to miss looking forward to your aot reactions but im glad to have been a part of this
43:15 The singer of this song is Yui Ishikawa - Mikasa's VA - and you can hear Yuki Kaji - Eren's VA - joining in the 1st chorus of the song....
Great to see more from you guys :)
I had no idea you guys had been skipping the intros!
The immediate placement of OP6 in S was such a mood, by far my favorite opening because it hooks you in so quick,
and its so unique, as anime openings go. Especially towards the end of the seasons, there is so much meaning in the lyrics, looping back to events in the first seasons that just make you feel like every moment leading up to here mattered.
This entire reaction of AoT is S tier!
