Yeongeun (drummer) once being Handong's teacher. She did some drum cover of dreamcatcher songs too. Arem (bassist) basically an inSomnia, she did dreamcatcher album unboxing video in her UA-cam channel. Idk how close other members (Jayoung-voc, Hyunjung-guitar, Iree-guitar) to dreamcatcher but definitely many inSomnia like Rolling Quartz and many diadem (RQ fandom) like dreamcatcher, at least after Good Night officially released within Fighting EP. I also hoping to get them performing together, they did perform in the same stage once, but not together.
@@jamescurfman3284 imagine they're doing Good Night and Mayday.. Remake Mayday special clip but this time with Rolling Quartz, or making Good Night special clip with RQ arrangements but including DC vocals. Imagine DC member parts layered by Jayoung.
Vixen is another All Girl Instrumental Rock Group. They were from the 80's, not the 70's but they were really good. They get called 'the Female version of Bon Jovi' once and that was meant as a compliment when it was said. The person was not trying to be a jerk, they actually meant that the ladies' skill levels were up there with one of the coolest bands ever.
@@alexatakesalook Right, but THESE DAYS, a woman being compared to a man...somebody might go out of their way and take it wrong just so they could throw a fit. But thankfully back then, the ladies took it as a compliment like it was supposed to be.
@@alexatakesalook I forget how many albums they had, it's only two or three but they are all full albums, at least 8 songs each if not more. I liked their self-titled debut album, it had some really great stuff on it. But I loved the second album even batter. It is called Rev It Up. That entire album was no-skip for me. :)
@@jamescurfman3284 Oh yes, I've got the albums too (Vixen [1988], Rev it up [1990], Tangerine [1998; this was after the split]. Unfortunatly Jan died of cancer in 2013. There is a story about the reunite here on youtube ("Bands Reunited - Vixen" [vh1]). On the first two albums I think Richard Marx was involved.
Rolling Quartz fans of Dreamcatcher, which is why they have an official cover of Good Night & even collab with DC's MV producer to create this MV. All the prop/ sets you see in this MV is from DC past MVs especially in Nightmare Series. More like tribute cover.
You owe your self any of their live videos. IF you want woman bands Bad Skin from Quebec, Thunder Pussy (Seattle), Toxic Frogs (Lyon France), Rumkicks or Waking After U from Korea, Bad Baby Bomb (featuring a guitarist with no right hand out of Japan) Show Ya the god mothers of Japanese female metal (started in 1981 still at it) Gacharich Spin Japan The Darts US. Girls School (UK Metal from 80-'s) Maid of Ace, The Warning, The first women rock band I can track down is The Liverbirds from 1964.
Bad Baby Bomb... I know that guitarist from an American UA-camr's video. The YTer is Multi-Lingual and she married a Japanese man. She walks around in her free time, just meeting people and purposely surprising them when she speaks their languages as she strikes up conversations. She schooled in China so she can switch between really good Mandarin (she is working on her Cantonese, barely conversational at this point), Japanese, she started learning Korean and of course English is her native language. Some of the reactions she gets are priceless. But she also interviews people who really stand out in Japan and your One-Handed Guitarist was one of them. That band is actually really good! She really can play!
