I was told for years that trauma doesn’t really go away, Dr. Levine gives new hope to those of us seeking peace.

What a guy Peter Levine is. He gives a multitude of knowledge that could heal Society. Luckily afew of us after many hours of research finally find his work. He does give real solutions to help us rather than just tell of the problem or promote their course like so many others do.
Thank u so, so much !

This isn't an interview about how trauma changes the mind. This is an interview into Levine's career.

What's going on with the spikes coming out from behind the logo when Dr. Levine or the moderator speaks. I find it very distracting. I scroll down where I can't see it. Oh Dr Levine is great. My god I glad I lived long enough to find help for ACEs and unable to achieve attachment to adults. Great content.

I disagree that trauma is a brain disorder. It is a result of some events or happenings in one's life. It is like an injury. It heals over time but it's scars remain. For some even the scars disappears which is unique to the individuals concerned.
