      Hello,
      Any advice for me?
      I make candied sliced apples and pineapples, same day before I can get them delivered they start melting or juicing. The fruit combined with the candy combines and starts making a juice. I froze them prior to. I dip them, they look good, I had them, they look good, 30min-1hr later I have a bag full of juice. 😩
      Thanks in advance if you have any advice!

      Either 2 things. They are too warm. They need to be 65 degrees or cooler. Put them in the refrigerator if this is the case. Or you didn’t get the wax completely off. I hope this helps you.💕

      You must dip huge apples. Amazon or any craft store like Hobby Lobby.

      You can go on Amazon, but if you need them ASAP go get the bigger cellphone treat bags from Hobby Lobby or Michael’s. I hope this helps you.💕

    Hello, How far in advance can you boil your apples?

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  Рік тому

      Don’t boil too long because you don’t want them mushy. Boil for only 6 seconds. 4 days is a good amount of time to make in advance.💕

    Hi. Can you make a video on how to apply the bows?

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  2 роки тому

      I believe I have a lot of videos applying the bow on the candy apple stick. I will have one tomorrow. Right now this is only the #shorts ua-cam.com/video/t4u7Obxr-9s/v-deo.html Basically you just put some hot glue on the back of the bow and stick it on the candy apple stick. You can use twist ties as well. But I will show you in my next video.

    would the apples go bad or the candy will be soft for a period of 2 weeks?
    Please let me know.😮

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  Рік тому +1

      No. As long as you only allow your apples to be in the cleaning method six seconds your apples will maintain crisp.

      Hello Keysha. Humidity and/or heat played a major role with your candy apples melting. Did you have them sitting out or in the refrigerator? Do you live in a hot or humid city/state?

    Can I make my apples a week in advance

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  Рік тому

      If that's a chance you want to take, because you might experience a little breakdown in your candy apples although they will be in the refrigerator. Try 2-3 days in advance instead of a week. Now I have had a few candy apples sitting in the refrigerator to see what will happen. Sometimes they maintain perfect and sometimes there's a little breakdown. This is a good question, so I am going to post this question to see what people say.💕

    So you had aloy to say about 6 days. There was lots of infor in this video. 2 days max you think in fridge. ? I don't have time to do day of ,I have a 3 year old.

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  5 місяців тому +1

      They will last longer for months in the refrigerator, but if you are going to sell them I wouldn’t go past 2 days. You want your candy apples as fresh as they can be. I hope this helps you.💕

    Can you redip apples if the break down occurs

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  2 роки тому

      I've never re-dipped my apples. I would just rinse all the candy off and dry them down good and just start over since you're cooking candy again. This way you know they will look good.

      How do you rinse the candy off?

    • @DIYQUEENDIVA
      @DIYQUEENDIVA  2 роки тому +1

      Put the apples under your kitchen faucet running water and let hot water run on them until the candy comes off.
