???/blue baby is the posthumous version of isaac. the lost is also the posthumous version of isaac because it's the spirit. blue baby is basically the reborn isaac after the suffocation of him being in the chest while the lost is the spirit outside of it and it's also the result of being in a fight against little horn

Fun fact, if The Haunt is in phase 2, you can cheese the fight by placing a bomb ( providing there is no hole or spikes next to the wall, though you can nullify it with flying ability ) in its flying trajectory, which actually BLOCKS it from moving further until the bomb explodes and you only need 2 bombs to kill it.
