This is an online team building game in which each participant will type five emoticons of which he thinks belongs to him regarding his personality or life. The participants will all guess which emotions belong to which person. This way all the participants get to know each other in a fun and light hearted way. 📱

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:
1. Instead of emoticons each person can also type five words, punctuation marks or numbers in the chat box of which he thinks they represent him. The rest of the exercise remains the same.
2. Tell the participants they can ask questions to the person who is explaining why he chose the emoticons. This way they get to know each other even better.
