Could you do a “delta theory” video on talking about how the delta has changed as a fishery and trends you have noticed. For example it seems this year lots of people have been going to the extreme far corners to catch their fish. At my least my observations. Thanks, love the breakdown videos.
Chemical spraying has gotten out of control. A lot more water running through the system. Unprecedented amount of tournament pressure. You really got to know what you're doing to get decent bags these days.
@@RobAnguiano I can see all those playing a factor. I have only fished it seriously for about 5 years and it is a different world even then. I’m just wondering if like any other lake we may have some sort of cycle that will work for us in the future. Especially with all the water coming down. Even though it may not be what it was, it still seems to be the one best chances of getting a double digit. I know there is a lot of negativity about what it used to be and how it’s being ruined but I have more fun out there than anywhere else.
Thank you so much for your recap. I really enjoy them! Best of luck up on the Columbia. Can't wait till you get back to the after Bay event! I had one question on your vibrating jig rod. I was curious how long of a leader you tie if it goes into your reel or not? Thank you, Ken! 🙂
@@johnhill2298 I usually use a 7-10 foot leader. I don’t line feeling the knot into my reel when I’m casting, so that’s usually about right with a 7.5 foot rod.
Thanks for the share. I weighed in 9lbs and some change saturday 😂.

@@Riley201dc I’ll see if I can get to do something like that. Thanks for the feedback and suggestions
How long is your leader of floro
@26dayne 7 to 10 feet. Long enough to not reel the knot into my reel when casting.

@@kenmahfishing Thank you Ken, I appreciate it! 💯
You really have to focus on obscure spots to do well. Punching and frogging the obvious spots wont cut it.
