I ruined an old stick and tin TT with a heavy gauge galvanized roof. The corners leaked due to poor sealing and low spots. I didn’t learn my lesson and I’m purchasing a new TT. Your UA-cam channel has educated me on roofs and walls. I’m tempted to bring in my 2021 and see if you can make it less likely leak and rot. GaryJohn
I really enjoy watching your videos. I have watched about 10 videos and every one has been top notch quality work. Definition of craftsmanship. When the time comes that I need work done you will be my first choice.

do you use the same 60 mil structured tpo around the curbs you use to support the ac units and other stuff on the roof? or is it unstructured to be more malleable? You guys to great work. If i had an rv, i would definitely make the drive to your shop.
Manufacturers say if you don't have a ladder from the factory then your roof is not a walk on. I like your videos and love the work and explaining that you give. So with that said I have a 2002 Keystone Hornet 27ss and would like to know if you think it's safe for me to get on the roof for cleaning ? There is no leaks or damage at all, I just want to clean and inspect .
Some manufacturers are installing ladders as options now. But the reason the ones without ladders usually have 5mm luan for decking, so you may crack it if you don't walk in the trusses. You can take the garnishment ring out if the vent from inside and look to see how thick the decking is. Or you could wash it on the side with a step ladder. The also recommend laying a piece of plywood across the roof to walk on. It should be outlines in your manual.
