Hi I was wondering how do you find the action of the montage m8x for playing the fast synth style patches? Do you find it fatiguing at all? I'm on the fence at buying the M8X as I already have another 76 and 61 keyboard but the main concern I have about 88 keys is will it be more difficult to play non piano sounds compared to the synth action.

It's extremely subjective. I would never suggest to anyone to use weights for synth and organ parts. But if you need a board that can do both well and feel good .... Then this is a good compromise between the two.
If it's an exclusive situation where you will be using it just for synths, then I'd say go with one of the other versions.
      Hope that helps.

@@JuliusDeBerryJr Ok thanks for me I would be using it for expanding on my piano learning to learn more advanced techniques as well as synth/organ parts. I know that generally for piano its better to go with Graded Hammer instead of Balanced Hammer. But I also want to be able to have a keyboard that I can compose with as well. I've been torn between digital pianos that lack alot of sounds and a 88 key workstation. My thought also is that I could also connect my 61 or 76 key synth action keyboards to the MIDI in of the Montage if I really needed synth action for a part.
