Every time I hear these lads recount their experiences, although I was never involved when I grew up there (I left for America in 2000) it brings it all back: the dreary weather, the dark nights, the bombscares, the fear. I remember mostly the 80s because I was born in 70. But holy fk it was a rough time in history that anyone that didn’t live there will never understand
I remember going the maze on visits as a little kid to see my grandad I didn’t know what It was and got told it was a big hospital and grandad only worked there as security lol I fell for thst story for years lol
