They not only remember him, but to Nero and Tamamo, Hakuno is imprinted onto their Saint Graphs as the most important person to them. This doesn't apply to Nero Bride as she's a new Nero not does it apply to Tamazerker or Vitch

I feel Moon Ruler would be better for her since she does technically rule over the moon but in a way that people and servants are able to migrate and live there and yes i do prefer the female Hakuno

Red Nero is the Nero who is devoted to Hakuno, the Fate/Extra protagonist. Nero Bride is a Nero from another timeline, who lived the same life, but never met Hakuno in her afterlife as a Servant. BTW, it is Nero Bride in particular who is the basis of Swimsuit Nero.
Hakuno Kishinami (male or female), protagonist of the EXTRA-verse games, aka EXTRA, CCC, Extella, and Extella Link. a Master of Nero, Tamamo, Nameless, Gilgamesh, Altera, and Charlemagne. Three have romantic feelings, Gilgamesh considers them a friend (which is hard to get him to do), a mother/father due to Altera being in a larva/lily state, and well... their first ever master and a great friend.
