Those bucktails are so easy to retrieve it's just a matter of how fast you'd like to get them coming in. If you want speed use the higher gear ratio. Thanks for watching our videos
Question do you know any single hooks that would work well as replacement for treble hooks for musky lures? I don’t like using treble hooks when I can avoid it
Sorry for the delay. Mid Depth rig is the one in the video and most common for people lake fishing. Typically its the Stealth Tackle ST174 straight wire leader
Yes you can. A musky would have no issues coming up to grab the bait. You could also use a Stealth Tackle weighted leader to get it down deeper. Good luck fishing

Spinner baits would be your best option if you don't like treble hooks.

No problem. Are you referring to the standard 12" ST174?
Yes. If you prefer a shorter leader you could use the ST174 9".
