also known as recut trailers, involve collecting multiple pieces of film footage from one or multiple movies and editing them to create a new trailer. Trailer mashups are often created for a movie that does not exist now or to change the genre of an existing film. These are derivative works as defined by the United States Copyright Act 17 U.S.C. § 101, and as such, may find protection from copyright claims under the doctrine of fair use.
The trailer mashups are not only a user generated form of digital creativity but a way to create anticipation for future releases, working in tandem with current movie trailers. Movie trailers are designed to give minimal plot detail and to create hype and anticipation. Fan made trailer mashups allow the audience to perform their own cinematic spin on current movie footage. This allows the trailer to focus on a specific actor or portion of the film. It could even change the plot or genre of the film entirely.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Doctor Strange. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to Doctor Strange (2016) and the 28th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The film is directed by Sam Raimi from a script written by Jade Bartlett and Michael Waldron, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, alongside Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Xochitl Gomez Doctor Strange 2 official trailer In the film, Doctor Strange 2 teaser trailer Strange unleashes an unspeakable evil as he faces a friend-turned-enemy.Doctor Strange director and co-writer Scott Derrickson had plans for a sequel by October 2016. Unfortunately, a connection does not a cameo make, so Loki fans thinking they'll get a peek Avengers 5, WandaVision at their favourite trickster god may be disappointed. Disney never really do this dark in their films. They don't really want to scare children. End Game and IW both had "deaths" but not really dark. The darkest was regarding Vision. They aren't really touching Ronin on Disney+. I would LOVE did them to go this video's route.

Really nice job This is the version of the movie that I want to see and was expecting and I’m a little bit disappointed that they’re not gonna go as dark as this. Whoever put this together really good job.Recognize some of the things from other shots. But honestly I don’t care because this looks so much better. I’ve been waiting for a dark Marvel movie for a long time and I thought we were really going to get it. This is exactly the tone that I think the film should be. Seriously good job.
