I have tried the recipe w/o the Cameroon pepper powder. Iam from Cameroon but I don’t recognize it. Would you mind telling me what is it exactly please? Is it some concentré of multiple spices?
No its not. Its just scotch bonnets in powder form but the one from Cameroon is really Spicy. You can substitute with any spicy pepper powderfrom an african grocery store or Chilli powder
Yes dear. Use any method to grill. But don't grill for too long, it will dry out and not be moist.. just grill on 370 F for 4 mins each side. It's supposed to be moist. Don't forget contry onions ohhh... let me know how it turns out dear
@@CookingWithClaudy as if you knew country onion has been my problem. I have not been able to find it in the african store i visit here. I was forced to beg someone. I will do it on Monday for my birthday meal for me, myself and i.
@@CookingWithClaudy i am having my suya now. Girllllll, it is 3 much. Chaiii. Can't send you a pic because i only use Whatsapp and dont have your Whatsapp. I deleted Facebook and instagram.
@@NewBeginnings000 ohh wow. Am happy it turned put great. U see that the contry onion is the deal breaker right???. No worries just enjoy your bday. Happy Bday sweetie🥰
In the oven, sprinkling the oil, will create a disaster ohhh, so what tip can you give to someone who doesn't have a charcoal grill? Soya looks delicious 😋
the meat looks delicious girl, but those bananas really cought my attention. Is this just grilled regular banana? I've never seen this before, please enlighten me

I want to try this . Please what cut/part of beef do you recommend / which did you use in this recipe?
I used the Sirloin cut... very juicy but you can used whatever cut you want....
@@CookingWithClaudy Thank you
Thank you for the recipe. This looks yummy. What part of the beef is this? When I go to the grocery store, what cut of beef should I look for?
Any beef part goes perfect with soya.... So go and choose whatever you want. It's not about the beef part but the Seasoning. Goodluck
@@CookingWithClaudy OK. Thank you!

Which part of the beef can I take for suya?
Any meaty part. The most important thing is the Seasoning
Ma'a what part of the beef is that?
Its eye of round. You can use any cut... it works well so far you cut against the grain
In the oven, sprinkling the oil, will create a disaster ohhh, so what tip can you give to someone who doesn't have a charcoal grill? Soya looks delicious 😋
Ohh Please don't ohhh not the oven. Ok just mix all the ingredients with the oil and meat den broil
the meat looks delicious girl, but those bananas really cought my attention. Is this just grilled regular banana? I've never seen this before, please enlighten me
It's Grilled Plantains not Banana. Its usually eaten as a side with the Beef. Thanks for Watching
@@CookingWithClaudy thank you I gotta give this a try :)
Use ripe plantains not the unripe
Cameroonians call it soya not suya
