Two plantains
Yam
Cameroon pepper: 1tbs
Pepper soup spices : 2tbs
Blended ginger and garlic :1tbs
Blended crayfish ; 1/2 tbs
Blended nutmeg : 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt: one pinch
Onions as desired!
Bay leaves
Seasoning cubes : 2
Scotch bonnet pepper as desired!
Water
