    Remember when Robert called the bottom of the housing prices a few months ago? 😂 There’s nothing confusing about these signals: sellers are still pricing their properties way too high, based on older lower interest rates and insurance costs, which is forcing more cuts. We need home prices to be priced like 25% lower and you will see more buyers.

    flood the market with supply. home prices need to be slashed by 30-40% to be on par with historical housing affordability

    Pretty sick of all the gaslighting. The housing’ shortage’ is exactly the same as it was in 2019. This is money printing pure and simple. The extra money went to the rich and they happily paid a huge premium on houses since the money was free. He who spends first in a money printing environment wins. But lots of people didn’t get any of that extra money. The rest of the story has yet to,play out.
