It sounds like a song about the Holy Ghost from the Lord Jesus and his work in our heart. Like the crystal clear rivers of Norway. We often resist his purifying work in us. So beautiful in Norwegian. Wish my mom had taught me her native tongue when she raised me in America. But this makes me feel a bond to the beautiful country of my ancestors.

Hi brad from montana. Yup Emily clearly is a treasure. I just commented on lucy Thomas video that Emily and lucy were my favorite u tube performers . I also love when Emily duets with chiara. Some of my favorite vocalist are Marilynn MaCoo , Steve Perry . I think lucy thomas may rank in my book better than streisand.
But Emily so beautiful ,terrific voice, piano and songwritting ability and maturity . Unique delivery with genuine emotional attachment to the music is mesmorising . As far as vocalists go, my favorite male singer has always been Tony Bennett, and for half a century before that first moment I heard Emily, Karen Carpenter was my favorite female singer. Em stole that crown within the first verse of the first song that I heard her singing. Between her natural vibrato, and her lower register, she just immediately won me over. I always loved Cat Stevens' voice too. Chiara has become one of my top five musicians of my whole life. She's an amazing artist. We chat in Instagram DM sometimes.
You mentioned Em's emotional connection with the music, and that's one of the things I think that sets her apart from the rest. She has the ability to broadcast emotions through her voice, her fingers and her facial expressions, like no other performer I have ever heard. Whether she is playing the piano or the guitar, or just singing, she just has that ability to wrap around my heart and touch my soul. She has been gifted with amazing songwriting skills as well. She's definitely the real deal.
She has definitely become a very beautiful young lady, but I have always thought that she was beautiful, even as a little girl. It's the beauty that comes from inside her that I love, and that's always made her special to me. She has a wonderful personality as well as all of that talent. She's always been very kind to me, and she will always be my favorite for the rest of my days.
