I tried this today because I'm so sick of paying so much money going from hairdresser to hairdresser trying to get a decent cut & always being disappointed. I absolutely love it. Best cut I've had in years. Only down side- I snipped my finger with my shears... so be careful. Thankyou so much xxx
Isn't it absolutely ridiculous how most hairdressers have started charging so frickin much?!! I mean, I totally understand they gotta make a living, but [aprx] $85-150 for a wash+cut is a joke and half the time a rip off as many either don't really listen to what you actually want, or they just gave you a really bad haircut. I shockingly found someone amazing. He never disappointed me, not once in the few years I went to his salon. He charged $35 for both cut+wash! This is in a very trendy area in Los Angeles, he could be charging three times as much but would never do that he once told me. Sadly since Covid they're not open anymore. Sorry for rambling, it just makes no sense at some of the prices you see nowadays. This video was exactly what I needed, I can't wait to do this to my crazy "covid" hair, just need the razor 😍
Ain't that the truth. I've been through the mill looking for a decent hairdresser for years. Most of the time, I'm very disappointed with the cut. The odd time I've found a good hairdresser, they move away and I'm back to square one again. I can also say that this is the best cut I've had in years too! Sharee is the best.
I just did this method and I really like the result! I didn’t use a blade to blend, because I have thin hair and It wasn’t even necessary, go figure. I left my front ends longer, and I will probably approach an even shorter look in the back after New Years. The way this guide is presented is in a very non-threatening way, so you become unafraid of trying. I recommend to err on the side of pulling your back elastic a little longer than you want, for your cut, just so you have extra hair for mistakes. I cut my hair on a greasy hair day and I made sure to part my hair very well and also straightened it first. I ended up making no mistakes this way! Best of luck everyone!
I am by no means a professional, but I cut my mom's hair like this a little over year ago, and she loved it so much that she has asked me to redo her haircut like three times already. I was gonna cut her hair again today, and just thought I'd refresh my memory of this cut, and all I can say is: thank you, girl, this trick is brilliant and actually looks close to professional.
I worked up the courage to do this. Seven inches of dead ends from coloring is gone, my hair is so soft now and It looks beautiful... my husband loves it! Thank you for this great tutorial!!!
I'm a licensed Cosmetologist, and Cosmetology Instructor, and i think she did a fabulous job! It looks great. I started cutting hair long before i went to school. But it's not just you guys that get bad cuts. I actually went to get my haircut once, took a picture w/me, and asked before if they were able to do the cut, & was told yes. I even gave her specific instructions on exactly what i wanted. All i got was a basic blunt cut that i could have goven myself! It's difficult finding someone you trust & that does a great job. I've found the best way I find a great stylist is by looking at other women, & when you see someone who has a great cut, color, whatever you are looking to get done, ask her who she goes to. Hope this helps you all find a great stylist! Every woman deserves to look & feel beautiful, & like a million bucks!
I totally agree! 23 years in the profession and I usually cut my own. If I could pop my head off and sit it on a table, I'd give myself an awsome cut! This is a great video!
Ive always had super long hair (with super dead ends). I watched this video a few months ago... i said, "i could do that..." Went into the bathroom for 20 mins, and came out a whole new person. The next day i ran into an acquaintance with her 4 year old granddaughter, and i heard her granddaughter whisper, "mom mom, is she a princess?" From that day on i knew this was gonna be my hairstyle for a long time. I get compliments all the time and my boyfriend absolutely loves it. And so do i. So i just wanted to say thanks for making me a princess! 👸🏼
I've been cutting my own hair for 42 years. I think I've been to a hairdresser maybe three times since I was 21, and they were never able to cut my hair as well as I can. You did a fabulous job. Not sure I would be brave enough to razor my hair, but you made it work!
I'm a professional hairstylist and I have to say I love the way you cut this Bob so much better than I have ever learned any technique in school or throughout my experience. Love the outcome and so much faster!
For a DIY it came out really good. A lot of stylist struggle with this cut, so for you to do so well without formal training is remarkable. Good job! You rocked it!
I'm a retired hair and nail tech, I think you did just fine. It's the end cut that shows it, it looks great and it's just what you were going for. How you got there doesn't matter. In fact, I wear my hair in an A line bob about that same length. Next time I cut it, which I need to do because it's been like 3 months now, I'm doing it this way. Much easier and faster than what I usually do to cut my own hair. Great job!
I couldn’t agree more with you, I was thinking the same thing the whole time I’m watching her in this video. Well oh my goodness look at this I was just in lightened on the easier way to do it myself as well. Because I definitely take the long way around instead of just even for the target like she did. So I think she’s got quite a few professional fans out there.
@@jessiemelearm5275 Wow! Four years gone by and I'm still wearing the same cut, but if something works you stick with it, right! It definitely works, you need the right tools, too. I've got good hair cutting shears, an electric razor and a good straight razor with different cutting heads. I do this and incorporate a more shattered layer look in the back & sides and BINGO!! I haven't gone to a salon to get a hair cut in about 10 years, being a hair tech, I'm picky about my own cut, only I know what I really want. If I screw it up there's only me to blame! : )
Hey Sharee, I used your method today. I really needed my hair cut. I'm staying in (social distancing), and before that I had the flu, so my hair got really long. It turned out great! I divided it as you show and got my husband to help a little in the back. Truthfully I can't see much difference than when I pay. I appreciate it!!!. I'm pretty amazed how nice it turned out. thanks!!!
I am a hairstylist, and I think you’re amazing! And in no way am I saying this to undercut stylist in anyway. But it’s not as hard as most make it out to be. The hardest part is standing on your feet all day and always trying to make everybody happy. But there’s one thing I’ve always found in creating beauty or making others feel beautiful. It’s the way you talk and you present yourself.Your voice is calm and the way you describe what you’re doing it’s so simple yeah you worn your audience to be cautious making mistakes. I think you did a great job! If anybody has anything awful to say about your channel, or your styles, most likely it’s because they like you. 😉
Sis I have been coming back to this & your other lob cut video for years now. Every time I'm feelin like a lob again. Thank you (years later) for posting all these diy videos. I've gotten better at it over the years and it came in REAL handy when the pandemic hit! 🙌💙 Sending my love!
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I agree with the commenter here who said stylists don't like these types of videos because they take customers away. But we customers HAVE TO resort to cutting our own hair when stylists don't know how to give us the cut/style we ask for. I plan to watch this video several times & work up the courage to cut my own hair into a bob like this. I'll have to wait some months for my last bad haircut to grow out & maybe I'll be ready then.
Hey! I cut my own hair, too by studying videos on youtube, like this one. Simplifying a cut makes it easier for people like me. Also, I get to see how razoring the hair works. I usually use thinning shears, but razoring has always interested me. I keep my hair in a swing bob-shorter in the back and longer in the front. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and style!
I did this cut on myself after watching your video a few weeks ago and I love it! I was a bit nervous so I went a few inches longer than yours. Next cut will be shorter! So fast and easy and it turned out great! Thank you!!!
I'm so doing this! I'm a firefighter now and my hair is too long and I also have a little toddler and it's really hard to book hair appointments without someone to watch my son. I've cut my hair at home before a long time ago and now that I know the great way I'm going to try this today. Thank you! So excited
Thank you, Sharee! I really needed a cut while working in healthcare under strict social distancing precautions. Your tutorial is Honest, simple to follow, producing great results. I’ve gotten lots of compliments and have shared your channel with friends.
Thank you for this tutorial! Just did it on my own hair and it looks amazing! I have thick hair so I used my thinning shears to help blend the blunt portion of the back and added some layers to give the roundness to the back.
I used your technique and it turned out GREAT! Thank you SO much! The only thing I needed was a tiny bit of help on the back just to make sure there were not crazy pieces. Like you said, the tight ponytails are key! My hair is thick and curly (intense wavy blend) and I did the ponytails just like you and cut the hair while dry. Then I just used the shears to layer it from the back to front on the sides into an a-line. I couldn't be happier! Thank you! :)
You just saved me $30! It worked and it was quick. I have pretty thick hair, so instead of using a razor to add layers/wisps, I used thinning shears. Thank you for sharing!!! Cutting your own hair is empowering! :)
I've cut my own hair for thirty years now and needed a different , easier way this time. I watched quite a few diy vids and yours was by far the best. My cut turned out great, thank you!
I do skin. I can give you a glowing complexion at any age but I have never been able to do my own hair. Girl. You rocked this. This one video had me looking at more of your work and others. I just killed my buds. I have to say I think you have to have the perfect face. Everything you do is pro quality work and you can sell it. You have a great look and that sells soap. It puts the hair out the door and onto the street where it can be seen. I've got a three year timeline in my regrowth I have been holding onto until I can get strand tested. It's time, but now I'm ashamed to be seen in a salon. You have given me the confidence to take it on and handle my business. Thank you. I love your work.
Gorgeous! You know, with this plague more and more of us are diy’ing our own hair and LOVING IT! My granddaughter cut my middle of the back silver grey into a blunt cut and tomorrow she’s doing curtain bangs! Loving it!
I don't see anyone throwing shade at you girl. This video is awesome and your hair looks great! I just recently started DIY cutting my own hair about 4-5 months ago. As a homeowner with a little fixer upper house in an expensive area, it's not easy to prioritize salon trips so my hair looked like a hot mess all the time. I got some good hair shears and Googled how to do DIY trims. I had longer hair so that's harder to mess up and figured I'd paid so much attention to how pros cut my hair that I could probably do a decent job myself. Those turned out well and my friend who's a former pro stylist said I did a good job. I got more confident with it so when I did my last cut a month ago I finally went shorter at about shoulder length where you cut yours. It's growing out a bit floppy (picture like floppy cocker spaniel ears when they need a groomer trip) because I have wavy hair so I was looking for some good DIY tutorials to improve my own haircuts. This one is absolutely perfect and gave me some really helpful tips. I now feel brave enough to try using a razor too and I'm thinking that will help with the floppiness. Thanks again for the great video!
Beautiful! This is exactly what I was looking for. My cosmetology instructor showed me how to do this about ten years ago and I haven’t done it since then. I was a bit hesitant. I actually never got my cosmetology license but instead went on to be a nurse 😂. I just occasionally do family members hair when they ask me, so not completely rusty.
I watched this video last night and cut my hair right after. Because I have really thick hair so the back of the haircut tends to be a little bit thick looked, so I get a hair straightener and curled the ends inside and it came out amazing!!!!! Thank you so much for this video clip!!!!
Retired Pro and this is how I do mine on my own at home. My hair is thinner so it doesn't get a blunt look so razoring is needed on mine. Thick hair like yours is perfect for razor. Great job!
Most hairdressers would hate on these types of videos. Simply coz they dont want to loose customers. But if they didnt do such bad jobs then we wouldnt have had to resort to cutting our own hair would we. I think it looks great xx
I've had a lot of bad experiences with hair dressers messing my hair up, now I don't trust anyone with my hair. That is why I decided to learn to cut my own hair. 😀
Looks good! I used to cut my hair all the time and used a lot of these techniques but I started going to a salon for a long time but it’s hard to get them to cut it the exact way you want them to. Due to physical reasons I am unable to go to the salon very often and I just got a razor cutter so I am excited to start cutting my hair again. Also, I know people make fun of them but I just ordered one of the generic, copies of those Crea Clips to make it easier to cut the back of my hair rather than using a pony tail. It is also nice that I have a mirrored cabinet in my bathroom that allows me to look at the back of hair easier.
I followed this tutorial and my hair turned out great! Had some trouble getting it even when cutting the ponytail but everything else was a snap, and I’ve received a ton of compliments 😭❤️
Wow, you cut your own hair way better than the hair stylist that I just went to. I wanted this same exact cut but she was not able to do it. Great job!
La caja de Pandora same ✊ no matter if with a detailed explanation or a picture. They never did it the way I wanted it + I had to pay for it. I cut my own hair since 7+ years and I always like it 😁
I have also gone to the salon many times & left with uneven / choppy hair. You would think "professionals" would be able to do an even haircut. That should be a basic that they learn in cosmetology school. But shocked that some still can't seem to do it. So I figure it's worth trying to do myself....I mean her haircut turned out better than any "professional" hair stylist can seem to cut hair in my area. And why give them money to botch my hair, when I can do the same thing or better myself.
This made me smile so much! I love the a line bob but I can't ever find someone I trust to do it. I'm a hairstylist too and I've only cut my own hair once. It turned out okay (long layer) but I was using the French method and hated the process. It was so physically uncomfortable and took forever! But this I think I'm ready to try. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
I was wondering what should I use instead of razor? I don't have one but I do Clippers. You did an amazing job and it looks really good! I wish you was here cause I sure would let you do mine 😆! Beautiful sweetie! 💜
Honestly this pony tail method is pretty full proof, as long as you’re doing it on dry, straighten hair that’s all the way brushed through. And as long as you don’t mind a more blunt look. For me personally, I hate layers, and like my hair all one length, so this technique is perfect for an at home haircut. I always feel I over pay when I get my hair professionally cut, because essentially this is the same thing they do, with the same end result
Sharee, thank you so much for this tutorial! Another success story here, thanks to you! I didn’t have any thinning shears, so I just point cut to blend and add some texture to the ends, and it turned out great! My hair has a bit of a wavy texture, so I straightened it before cutting, and that also helped. I’ve paid lots of money for haircuts in the past, and don’t think I’ll need to do that again- thank you for helping me find the confidence to make the big chop! I feel so much lighter losing @ 9 inches of hair! Thank you again! You’re wonderful!
I am a professional and half way through I was like cringing just because we know the "proper" way to do this cut, but honestly this makes you wanna do it this way to even your clients lol! She did good!!
I have watched your video a while ago and wanted to try it on my own too. It didn't turn out as even as I expected and my boyfriend helped me to correct it and now it looks great! And I am glad that my broken and dry ends are gone. Your tutorial is easy and quick, thank you for your inspiration. :3 ♥
For the first time in my life I dared to cut my hair myself after this video.... It turned out great! Better than some hairdressers I had! Thanks so much!! This will save me a lot of money the rest of my life! Greetings from the Netherlands 🌷
I was a hairdresser ... and you did a Great job... I did my hair like this last year... except I put ALL of it in the back.. One cut and it worked perfectly... ;) "Thank YOU" for sharing this Beautiful Tutorial.. ;)
Now that's quite the skill! One handed cutting, holding mirror in other hand and coordination of looking in the other mirror behind!! Wowsers Great job😊
Helpful video. Weekly maintaining a clean cut, short hairstyle is pretty easy when using a hair clipper, but 10 years later and I'm letting my hair grow out again. So it's time for me to learn some long hair cutting techniques.
I did exactly the way she taught and my hair have turned out so beautiful.. I'm loving them more than ever 😍😍😍 You should totally go for it!! Thankyou for posting such a good video!!
@@themainescratcher476 honey! It's not hard... It just requires your whole concentration... And I tried it on my hair because I've cut other's hair before So I would recommend if you wanna try this, try cutting other's hair for a little practice And when you start cutting your hair don't snap right at the top (it has 100% chances that you'll mess up).. start with trimming your hair slowly and then reach till the top and do just as she has guided And even then if you mess up and are not happy with your results... Don't worry... Oil your hair every now and then (twice a week or so) and your hair would grow rapidly. Good luck!! ☺️☺️☺️
THANK YOU! Went to a salon and the stylist pooched the "cut" and I was so desperate to have a great cut I youtubed diy hair cuts and found yours. Followed your instructions and gave myself the exact cut I originally wanted. THANK YOU!!!!!
My recommendation is to get a hair mannequin to practice with. Good quality scissors are a must. She was also using a point-cut technique when she was saying “layering”. Best wishes and if it doesn’t work out, a favorite hat is always a great fishing touch.
I'm cutting my own hair andy our videos have been very helpful (I'm doing the long a-line bob) I know you said in one of your videos you swore you'd never go short again - I have to say this style on is hands down my favorite on you ;) Thanks for your videos.
I’ve been a qualified hairdresser since 1987. . I’ve done competition work as well as being a tutor . . . . . I think you’ve done a fab job ✅ ✅ ✅ Keep up the good work honey X
What a great job-it looks so beautiful! After I get a straight-razor, I'm going to try it. I've tried to get a messy bob several times, without luck. Maybe it's just my hair. But I'm willin to try this...it's not messy, but I love it!
Coronavirus can’t keep my hair down. I’m officially my families hair stylist. Thanks for the video! I was stunned at how beautiful it turned out! Doing this as soon as my thinning shears comes in or which would you prefer maybe hair cutter comb? Does it really matter or make a difference which one I use to shape it?
Thank you so much for this easy to do cut. You look fabulous! I am fed up of giving hairdressers perfectly clear photos of what I want and being disappointed with the results and lighter in the pocket! I trust myself more than hairdressers. I'll let them colour my hair though.
I've been watching diy hair videos for a straight hour girl!🤦♀️ But then I came across your video, and omg thank you!!!!! You did such a beautiful job and its EXACTLY what I was looking for. So easy to! Now all I need is a razor for hair. I have great shears but am still lacking some tools. Amazon here I come, lol. I haven't read any comments but if anybody give you 💩🤬 Screw them, it really doesn't matter whatsoever what they think. Just subscribed to your channel. Can't wait to watch some videos 🎉🤩🥳 Thanks again!
Hi! I've been using this video to cut my hair for a while now. I wanted to ask if you could do a video for being people getting started at home on hair cutting tools. Like how to get a good pair of scissors. Using a razor vs thinning sheers.....It would be really helpful! Thank you.
Then why the fuck are you here. At least 27 people care, clearly. Don't you have anything better to do than be facelessly rude to young women, or are you here because you're desperate for a DIY A-line bob.. Loser.
Hi! Thank u for sharing this. I cut my hair just like this using your tutorial. It came out wonderful. I have very thin and fine hair so it was very easy. The part that made me nervous was the texturizing...I still need help with that. But other than that, your technique will be the one I will use from now on. Thank u so much! 😍
You did a great job. Some hairdresser don't have a clue what their doing, trust me I've had my haircut (I worked in a salon) and another hairdresser commented that the person who cut my hair did know what they were doing, lol then the person who cut my hair admitted to me that they were scared to cut my hair and didn't have a clue as to what they were doing!!! I was fine with it cause at the time my hair was down to my waist and I wanted long layers so no one would have known the cut wasn't right. Plus I'm like you, I'll pull out my razor and start razoring at my own hair.
I am so tired of going to professionals and paying a lot of money and getting shitty results, I rather take your approach, I have already tried cutting my long hair and it worked out, I love the way your hair turned out and you made it look very easy great job!
Just did this and (please don’t kill me) I only had regular scissors, but my hair was so thin it still did the job 👌🏻 I like how it turned out! Thanks for sharing!
do you have thick hair or not? mine is quite thin and Im affraid if I dont go to a salon for a propper cut and cut it on my own, I will not have enough volume :/ but I have already such a long time the temptation to cut my hair like this! I love it long, but I think I need some radical change :D
Michaela Lousova if you have thin hair then dont put layers, and make a blunt cut. blow dry with moose instead of straightening. the youtuber "freesaloneducation" dude does a great job. i hope that was his accounts name tho...
You did a wonderful job.... I might just try it... but I’m terrified that I’m going to mess up !! I need my confidence before I try it lol !!! I love your cut
This is absolutely fabulous! If only I'd seen this a month ago. Now I'll have to wait a year for it to grow out, then I can try this. Finding a hairdresser that does exactly what you want is so hard.
CAN YOU PLEASE ALSO DO A TUTORIAL ON YOUR HAIRCOLORING? WAS IT DIY TOO? LOVE THE COLOR!!! AND THOUGH I LIKED YOUR A-LINE CUT (BECAUSE YOU'RE SO BEAUTIFUL, I THINK ANYTHING WOULD LOOK GREAT ON YOU! LOL) ... I ACTUALLY LOVE YOUR ORIGINAL HAIRCUT! NONE OF THE SALONS I GO TO HERE IN NORTH AMERICA CAN EVER DO A GORGEOUS 'LAYERED CUT" THE WAY ASIAN HAIRSTYLISTS DO. :(
I tried this today because I'm so sick of paying so much money going from hairdresser to hairdresser trying to get a decent cut & always being disappointed. I absolutely love it. Best cut I've had in years. Only down side- I snipped my finger with my shears... so be careful. Thankyou so much xxx
I'm glad it turned out for you, except for the finger part, hope it wasn't too bad

I'm a professional and all I want to say is....... WELL DONE! your hair looks really good.
I'm gonna say she's probably had some training as a hair stylist. Not too many ppl have their own razors to trim hair with
Great job!! Better than a lot of BoRics people do. You should consider cosmetology school....you'd be great at it 💅💇♀️

Sis I have been coming back to this & your other lob cut video for years now. Every time I'm feelin like a lob again. Thank you (years later) for posting all these diy videos. I've gotten better at it over the years and it came in REAL handy when the pandemic hit! 🙌💙 Sending my love!
☺️☺️
There’s just something about raw, natural talent that’s refreshing! Great job! I mean really! Thank you!
Eva Abe it’s practice. I’ve done it many years and it takes a lot to get good at it. I bet she’s done this many times.
I'm a professional and I give her a 👍 bc it looks really good !!!! job well done. as long as the end result it's fabulous, who cares how it was cut :)
I agree with you it looks amazing and as a professional I love it...she did a great job! :)
Ppl are so judgemental lol was it cut the right way ??nope but she pulled it off
Right? Thank you! Just because it's a different technique to cut ones own hair than if someone else was doing it means very little.
+liz venuto Exactly!!
i am with you, she did well doing it on herself like shit. props to her!
So I can use thinning sheers instead of a razor!!? Gr8!!
Thank you! So excited
How did the haircut turn out?
@@katehicks375 awesome! Have got so many compliments and people are surprised I did it myself :)
This is the second time I’ve followed your A-line lob tutorial, and I still love the results. Thank you for posting this!
I’m glad it helped you out
I watched this video last night and cut my hair right after.
OMG that's stupid
+Sharee Anonuevo hey I would like to ask do you think it would look good on thick Curly hair
agree
+Habon Happy i think it will look perfect in curly hair.
I can't wait to try this. your last video with the straight bob turned out fabulous. Thanks for Sharing.
Wow, you cut your own hair way better than the hair stylist that I just went to. I wanted this same exact cut but she was not able to do it. Great job!
Awe I'm sorry it didn't work out, but that's why I always cut my hair at home. :)
Loki The German Shepherd Dog omg I have a gsd called Loki, he's in my photo!! That's crazy
me too now I don't like my hair anymore
It always happens lol thats why I cit my own hair since 2 years ago.
La caja de Pandora same ✊ no matter if with a detailed explanation or a picture. They never did it the way I wanted it + I had to pay for it.
I cut my own hair since 7+ years and I always like it 😁
YOU have guts! It turned out beautiful, so happy, beautiful girl!
Thank you so much for sharing with us!
awe, thanks
I was wondering what should I use instead of razor? I don't have one but I do Clippers. You did an amazing job and it looks really good! I wish you was here cause I sure would let you do mine 😆! Beautiful sweetie! 💜
I'm going to try this tomorrow. If I mess up, it's just hair.. It'll grow back!
How did it turn out? I wanna try this
Amanda White my philosophy too! It’s just hair. ♥️♥️♥️
😅👍
Honestly this pony tail method is pretty full proof, as long as you’re doing it on dry, straighten hair that’s all the way brushed through. And as long as you don’t mind a more blunt look. For me personally, I hate layers, and like my hair all one length, so this technique is perfect for an at home haircut. I always feel I over pay when I get my hair professionally cut, because essentially this is the same thing they do, with the same end result
Amanda White you go girl👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
i been a hairdresser 30 years.. an you did a great job!
I just used this technique and it turned out fabulously! Thank you!
That cut looks gorgeous on you.
thanks hun
You look amazing! 🤩 Incredible transformation with a super stylish doable diy cut. Thank you for sharing. 🙏
I am a professional and half way through I was like cringing just because we know the "proper" way to do this cut, but honestly this makes you wanna do it this way to even your clients lol! She did good!!
Wow, love your layer hair style! It super beautiful. Hope, I could cut mine beautiful like your.
For all the naysayers - I followed Sharee's video and cut my hair. It worked beautifully!
I was a hairdresser ... and you did a Great job...
I did my hair like this last year... except I put ALL of it in the back.. One cut and it worked perfectly... ;)
"Thank YOU" for sharing this Beautiful Tutorial.. ;)
Now that's quite the skill! One handed cutting, holding mirror in other hand and coordination of looking in the other mirror behind!! Wowsers Great job😊
I got skills hahah
Helpful video.
Weekly maintaining a clean cut, short hairstyle is pretty easy when using a hair clipper, but 10 years later and I'm letting my hair grow out again. So it's time for me to learn some long hair cutting techniques.
as a professional hairdresser i say
YOU KILLED ID . omg you are verry good

I did exactly the way she taught and my hair have turned out so beautiful.. I'm loving them more than ever 😍😍😍
You should totally go for it!!
Thankyou for posting such a good video!!
Tanisha Khatri it looks hard!!!! Omg I’m scared but love it
@@themainescratcher476 honey! It's not hard... It just requires your whole concentration... And I tried it on my hair because I've cut other's hair before
So I would recommend if you wanna try this, try cutting other's hair for a little practice
And when you start cutting your hair don't snap right at the top (it has 100% chances that you'll mess up).. start with trimming your hair slowly and then reach till the top and do just as she has guided
And even then if you mess up and are not happy with your results... Don't worry... Oil your hair every now and then (twice a week or so) and your hair would grow rapidly.
Good luck!! ☺️☺️☺️
Very impressive. I learned how to cut hair myself as well. Never had anyone complain either. My niece wants an a line cut, this is a great guide.
For a DIY I think it worked out perfect its really pretty and your hair looks great afterwards.
Thank you so much 😊
THANK YOU! Went to a salon and the stylist pooched the "cut" and I was so desperate to have a great cut I youtubed diy hair cuts and found yours. Followed your instructions and gave myself the exact cut I originally wanted. THANK YOU!!!!!
looks way better than some professional hair cuts I gotten in the past i love it
Thank you so much!
My recommendation is to get a hair mannequin to practice with. Good quality scissors are a must. She was also using a point-cut technique when she was saying “layering”. Best wishes and if it doesn’t work out, a favorite hat is always a great fishing touch.
Holy crap my heart dropped when you cut off the main pony tail at the beginning of the video! Your hair turned out REALLY well though! Love it
Thank you 😊
I'm cutting my own hair andy our videos have been very helpful (I'm doing the long a-line bob) I know you said in one of your videos you swore you'd never go short again - I have to say this style on is hands down my favorite on you ;) Thanks for your videos.
I’ve been a qualified hairdresser since 1987. . I’ve done competition work as well as being a tutor . . . . . I think you’ve done a fab job ✅ ✅ ✅
Keep up the good work honey X

Love the cut, & color.. great job. I definitely need a hair cut soon, social distance is a must. I’ll try it tomorrow, Thanks for sharing!!
Going outside the box is how you achieve greatness and this is absolutely adorable!
What a great job-it looks so beautiful! After I get a straight-razor, I'm going to try it. I've tried to get a messy bob several times, without luck. Maybe it's just my hair. But I'm willin to try this...it's not messy, but I love it!
Worked the first time I tried it and that’s surprisingly easy! Best short haircut ever had and I did it myself wow
Your self-hair cut is fantastic. Much thanks for sharing.
Wow.. what a gorgeous look on you ! The before and after is just jaw dropping ! Beautiful job !
this was AMAZING took me ten min and was better than any cut I've had in probably 5 years
Followed the instructions this morning minus the shaver part. Delighted with the result, thank you so much.
Awe thanks girl
Hi! I've been using this video to cut my hair for a while now. I wanted to ask if you could do a video for being people getting started at home on hair cutting tools. Like how to get a good pair of scissors. Using a razor vs thinning sheers.....It would be really helpful! Thank you.
WOW this method TOTALLY WORKS!!
10/10 would recommend
it took about 10 min for myself and it looks SO GOOD now! thanks thanks thanks!!

I did the same haircut myself and i love it thank you!!! 👍🏻☺️😉
Just did this and (please don’t kill me) I only had regular scissors, but my hair was so thin it still did the job 👌🏻
I like how it turned out! Thanks for sharing!
I try it and it turns out amazing ✨✨I don't even need to go to Salon
do you have thick hair or not? mine is quite thin and Im affraid if I dont go to a salon for a propper cut and cut it on my own, I will not have enough volume :/ but I have already such a long time the temptation to cut my hair like this!
In lockdown for the foreseeable future here in the U.K. and I really need a haircut, I’ll be trying this as soon as my razor comb arrives!!
Sarah Bannon I’m here because lockdown to 😂
Jessica Hope you’re doing ok and keeping safe x
This is absolutely fabulous! If only I'd seen this a month ago. Now I'll have to wait a year for it to grow out, then I can try this. Finding a hairdresser that does exactly what you want is so hard.
I love this cut and your hair colors. I also love your make-up. Can you do a tutorial on your make-up look in this video?
U did such a nice job, and it honestly looks better on you than the way u had before. Very pretty.
Omg she's brave. I like her hair better without the green ends.
😊 fabulous job!! Gonna snip mine with this tutorial ❤
OMG you are brave! I can never chop my hair by myself, I do NOT trust myself hahah. Great video :)
