    I under drawed a good few inches, so I only pulled 140lb at best, I will do another update on my training and where I'm at regarding my strength levels at the end of february

      Thanks those last few inches felt like bending a bar of steel, in a few months I'll try again but I'll back it down to an even 150lb

    Low reps high weight is should be effective strength training.

      I find the high weight and low 5 rep range, After 2/3 months, the build-up of fatigue you start to regress, but if I keep at 80% or lower of my 1 rep max i can training 3 times a week and not need any deload weeks
