- WCCO tested ten popular products at a lab recommended by the Department of Agriculture in February. The chemist found some discrepancies with what the label said versus what was inside. WCCO's Jennifer Mayerle learned some types of products are illegal in the state.
This is why government should allow natural plants to grow freely and realize they have no authority to control such. Education, yes but not control.

I love Delta 8. I'm not a pot head by no means but this stuff helps my PTSD and nightmares. I wake up not remembering them. I'd call that a win.
What company do you use? I've tried a few.
@@wuwei43 I don't know about them, but I use a company called Hemp Bombs Plus out of Florida. They ship to all 50 states and they have both Delta 9 and Delta 8 gummies and they are cheaper than a lot of companies I've seen so far

Delta-8 THC is one of over 100 cannabinoids produced naturally by the cannabis/hemp plant but is not found in significant amounts in the cannabis plant. As a result, concentrated amounts of delta-8 THC are typically manufactured from hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) through an Isomerization process in the same way that hash oil is derived from the marijuana plant! As long as the "original hemp" cannabis is less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC any byproduct manufactured is legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill no matter what's it's final concentration of any form of THC. Read the bill, it's there in black and white. It's the source of less than 0.3% THC that it comes from not the final product produced!

Also it's completely legal state and federal so for me it's a common sense decision. I have PTSD from war and to me d8 is all the benefits of d9 without the paranoid feeling
I found the delta 9 to be more relaxing and feel much more natural than delta 8.
If you get a delta 9 with CBD in it you will see a whole other level❤️
I use it for PTSD also. It's given me a life. I wish I could tell the world I use Delta and tell them it's the reason they see a whole different me but I'm terrified of a drug test and losing my job I've had for 12 yrs. I'm pretty sure though since it's legal they cant fire me
@@kruiz858 Actually I like Delta 9 without the CBD. THC itself besides being psychoactive also has the same medical properties as CBD just with the added bonus of getting you high.
Terrible information Please list the chemicals they use to separate the D8 from the hemp flower?!?! These products are nasty, and these companies are disgusting! USE THE REAL DEAL! Ever hear of dichloromethane? Just one of the chemicals they use for their extraction process.

A delta 8 pens is totally legal. Where a concentrate with delta 9 is a felony even if the bud is decriminalized.

Also they just take leftover delta 9 distillate and alter that to get 8. 😳 it's more toxic basically than healthy. If you really need this feeling then make your own tinctures from a base weed with 5 percent thc and 18/22 cbd. It works way better and is way healthier.
