I do apologize about the speed of the text - I had a few test runs with the text speed on Discord and everyone thought it was alright, but I should've gone with my gut and made it a _liiiiittle_ slower. Hahahaha

I think his brain is slowly being pulled and pushed due to the water pressure, maybe that’s why his memories are becoming blurry and it’s hard to think when his brain is literally being squished, thrashed, pushed and pulled
13:09 the reason it suddenly goes silent is because Sink was slowly drowning there so the sound was getting more muffled but then after that moment Sink came back refusing to drown

but.. the fnf mod didnt start it? somebody on twitter made it and some people wanted to make an fnf mod of it so the creator of sink let them. sink didnt originate from the fnf mod.

Sink is both Technically Dead and Basically Alive
Sink in the mod had his Soul Singing with him,
After the song he died but then he comes back to life
So his Hell is ENDLESS
Once he dies he comes back with no hope of anyone ever finding him.
And the reason why he’s crying blood is because of too much pressure on his eyes,
AND that Water is in his lungs.(drowning over and over and endlessly)

Wow this one is disturbing, scary and it is actually depressing

The soundtrack that plays at 8:14 is very similar to the one in the sink mod, that is a cool sonic reference and shows that sink probably hears the music as well. It might also be symbolism for being trapped in the same place or repeating something over and over again. You could say this story has some "depth" to it.
That is literally just labyrinth zone, Sink took reference from it as it's main motif
it is a slowed down version of the labyrinth zone, it sounds much darker when it is slowed down in such a way.
It also changed some of the notes in the song to sharps as well, to empathize the feeling of drowning and make it sound darker.
If we didn't hear the labyrinth zone music before hand, we probably wouldn't have noticed.

This really shows that not all stories have a good ending. Not everything really..has an ending-ending, if you know what I mean. Technically, this story doesn’t have an ending until somebody saves him.
edit: the act 3 was more gameplay style and stuff and just more horror style, the first one was more just disturbing..I guess.

I don't remember their names, but there was an episode of *Heroes* where the girl who can regenerate like Deadpool and her dad were stuck in an RV buried underground that was filling with water.
The dad told her that she didn't need to worry because her lungs would keep regenerating even if she drowned. Now I see Sink and I'm glad that we didn't have to see that in the show.

The saddest part of this is that he will never get out of that place. When he dies and he respawns, he ends up in the same exact place. Meaning that time is just being reset multiple times in a row, which means sonic 2 and beyond will never happen, and will not introduce other sonic characters. Which also means he will never be saved as the only person that might be capable in sonic 1 is Robotnik, the other animals would definitely not be able to break down the chains. Let’s say by some miracle, some mysterious entity tries to save Sonic from his fate. The chains are way too tight for Sonic to break free from, and would probably have to cut his own leg to get out. (If it was my choice, I would just accept fate in the never ending cycle of death.) Even so, by the time Sonic gets out, he will already have died and respawned again considering there was no air bubbles around him.
Well considering the fact that he is an exe who can't die, he could find a way....

Since the expected wake-up was Green Hill, not any part of Labyrinth Zone, indicating that a Game Over w/o continues was supposed to be on the way, the VHS follows the idea that if game rules ever applied to Sink, they don't anymore. Not sure if the creator released an official statement confirming or denying the VHS' canonicity.
Y'know, it's all a pretty cool concept and all. But i feel like, especially in this "zombified" state that he could just escape. In the original mod he's only really held by the chain, and it feels like it could be slipped off with enough effort into it rather than pulling on it like he keep on doing

fun fact: sink sonic was originally Called “Hog Of The Labyrinth” and originally he had misses the jump across and fell into the water drowning for all eternity tails amy knuckles and even eggman (known as robotnik) had came and looked for sonic. tails found his shoe on the ground and looked into the water…he fell to his knees and broke down into tears they realized what happened and picked up tails and carried him home soon they made sonic a memorial and to this day he sits there in labyrinth zone wanting freedom but his only freedom is death yet he wont die at the time it was based off a future version of sonic 1 where everyone existed

I think it’s sink’s soul because his will to live is mainly what is keeping him alive. Saying that no matter how hard he tries he doesn’t die and his mind refuses to die there. Like he is struggling to stay alive but is struggling to get out at the same time.

This was an amazing video and reaction but this is the most tragic and most sad story of sonic, I was very very heartbroken after everytime he drowned he would just come back and still feel the pain all over again and he will sink and feel pain for eternity until the end of time and it saddened me so much😢😢😢😢😢.

The music you heared mainus was a very slowed downed and deep music of daisy bell, daisy bell is considered as a scary song so it helps a bit with scary videos and tiktoks. Daisy bell was made in the old 90's , sometimes if you had this bird on your computer sometimes it'll sing you daisy bell. So yeah.
has anyone thought that sink is really just sonic but he has been down there so long that he forgot his name but since he could only drown he just renamed himself sink because that's all he can do?

So Sink was going through the labirynt and fell into a trap, leaving him like that with no way out, unfortenaly he then wakes up to find out he was immortal, he had infinite lives, he was stuck there, no one knows how long he has been there, also FUN FACT OF THE DAY that other sonic that appear behind Sink in the fnf mod, is it his Soul, the lore says that when this happened on the mod, both Sink and his Soul started arguing about something...

Did you know that in the fnf mod song before sink starts to struggle you can hear a sped up version of labyrinth zone from sonic 1
Also what sound like lights breaking in the song actually comes from carnival night zone from sonic 3! Sorry just had to share some facts
The lore of sink is like this:
Sink wasnt an exe character, sink is actually a normal sonic, but because of the blood in the eyes, we think hes an exe character because of the blood.
Lore 2: Sink was in a zombified state, he doesnt have any oxygen, he was about to die, but someone doesnt let him die, he will make sonic suffer, again and again and again, we dont know who this someone is, man, this lore is deep.
Sink will only escape if someone help him, then he could finally rest in peace
At the end when he plays the mod a think its a detail,but you can see his down pose is his idle pose..hes too weak too even make one..hes that deep hes losing his strength

Fun fact: sonic.sink could easily be solved, as in all 3 cases the chain is WAY too small to fit around sonics leg correctly, all he'd have to do is take off his shoe.

But what about the fact sonic can't swim and even if his body would float up the instant he wakes up its sinking 🤔 then if we take into a fact that what happened to him was not supose to happen in game but a glitch, lag, or something else(such as bad luck) happened causing the chain to be around his leg also don't think taking his shoe off would help much if his foot follows anything like ours the chain should get stuck on his heel. Plus he's fighting the panic/effects of drowning while dealing with pressure. ... what if it's like putting on a tight ring you can get it on but taking it off is a whole nother story

I’ve seen someone animate a good ending, tails got stuck (somehow) with sonic and he had a knife, sonic grabbed it and cut off his leg with the ball attached to it and cut the chain of tails’ ball, they swam out and went to tails home, sonic woke up with a new leg and thanked tails. (Also, the chain would’ve started the evaporate over time, setting him free so his thoughts of escaping are basically true.)
He could restart the level and teleport back to the start
Or the chain will rust and he can punch the chain until it breaks
