Ms. Lady You are handling your business. It is hard to believe you just started doing this. You are going to be a nurse that you can go to for what you need to do. You are seeing everything. Your attitude is still good. This is your super power. You seem to be in your element. But if I where you I would get my year in and move on to another specialty, or do traveling/agency nurse. Because you don't want to be stress like that all the time. You will get burn out and start not to want to do it. Take care of yourself. I know you love your patients but put yourself first. You have to be in good health mentally and physically to take care of others. All in all you are doing an awesome job. But take care of you, also.
Thank you so much love 🥹💕 and you are right !! I definitely have a plan for my next steps!! I’m not sharing the details now. But trust me it’s in the works!!
I love your content, i been a CNA for the past 7yrs i been hesitant to apply to a LPN program…because English its not my first language, but i been learning all the medical terms from your videos i loooove nursing so much. Im going to apply to a vocational school close to me, since they have a bridge RN program with local colleges and universities. I can’t wait to live this experience. ❤
I say go for it , I work in the hospital pharmacy and alot of nurses who call for consultations don't speak English as their primary language but they don't let that stop them ❤
@@bloomingorchid721 yeahh i see nurses not fluent in English with a very thick accent become soo successful in the health field, thank you very much 🙌🏻
I am very happy for you! To watch your journey and now you’re off orientation! I understand it’s overwhelming, but seeing the way you handle it, I am sure you will be the best nurse! Just please make sure you take care of yourself when times do get rough. Keep posting! I love watching your videos. It pushes me to keep going lol. 🤍
Thank you so much ❤️🥹🥹 I’m trying my best to make sure I’m doing self care !!! It gets so hard sometimes. I’ll definitely keep posting vlogging makes me so happy :)
Hey Dezi! It was great video, hearing how did u handle situations or how we should supposed to helps me a lot! I am currently on my week 3, I could not see much of sick patients or different situations so I get anxious to think about off orientation! Do u have any suggestions or books, how do you know so much? Please share more of your day! It helps me, I would not think to get ecg or i don’t know about sepsis bundle either 🥲 I am so stressed out! Always with different preceptor really couldn’t learn much! I am also in medical icu!
Heyy girl💕, I totally understand how you feeling !! In the beginning of my orientation I didn’t know how to handle those critical situations either but with time I saw how my preceptor and other nurses handled them and I learned as time goes. I would suggest to study up on your critical medications, look up patient diagnosis/ procedures, and ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS! 💕 & give yourself grace! I promise the anxiety will get better once you feel more comfortable.
So proud of you!! What a great nurse I can see just from your videos that you really care about these patients
Thank you so much and Yass I care so much about my patients 🥹🥹
