It's amazing how little sympathy and mercy people have. She was 24 years old in 1971, and her despondency over her loss should be totally understandable. She isn't responsible for his choices which could of lead to his death, I don't care the circumstances. It was a terrible tragedy the loss of those two 27 year old kids PERIOD.
My friend, I can not find the link that documented Jims last night at the Rock and Roll Circus. It is all out there. The son of one of France's most powerful fathers ( Jean de Briile ) was a heroin dealer to the rich and famous in Paris. ( Marriane Faithfull turned Pam on to him ). She had an affair with him. His heroin was what Jim scored while in the bar that night. The interview with the bartender that found Jim in a bathroom stall dead from an overdose of heroin set off alarm bells with the management and they carried Jim out in a carpet to his apartment. the clip also interviews eye witnesses who are in 70's and older and just as the bartender told of it as a matter of fact and were able to talk about as it was so long ago. Another clip was the medical team who backtracked from entering Jims apartment with a freaked out Pam and recorded Jim laying with his head on the faucet end of the tub as he was quickly put there in a hurry to get away. The Count De Brille left town the next day to Morocco to escape the heat from Jims overdose. he died in Morraco from a heroin over dose with in 2 years. people that new Pam was a junkie and needed her fix every day at that point. Yes, Jim died from Pam's dealer in the nightclub bathroom. The bartender who served him and found him has given dozens of interviews on this. He was a very relaxed guy that told it as it happened matter of fact and no desire for any attention. Pam was living with 2 guys in that house which I saw when a documentarian ( like you ) drove to the house where she was found. I am in Thailand now age 72. I was obsessed with Jim and chased all this down over the years....its all out there..cheers
The doors, Ray, Robbie, John have all said, Jim was very unhealthy before he left for Paris and was coughing up blood during recording of LA Woman. Not tryna to discredit your info, just tryna add to the facts.
@@deleteddata6671 Thank you, you are very correct. His 2 pack a day smoking habit would not help much and he was a chronic smoker. However if Jim had lung cancer diagnosed and was aware of it and his physicians also. His cause of death was overdosing from snorting the highest quality smack Paris had seen in years and found sitting clothed in the enclosed bath room stall by the bartender who knew and liked Jim " Rock and Roll Circus". The rest I put out there last time. As mentioned I was obsessed with Jim as some other buddies in 1966-1971..The eye witnesses to all this came out when they were in there 60's-70, they were very tired looking women walking down the halls and out the door they watched them take Jim out...
@@deleteddata6671 Dude, I found this finally...ua-cam.com/video/187br5gx-u8/v-deo.html The Countt was the son of the richest man in France and his contacts got Jims nody in the ground there and not LA for an autopsy. Du Breille fled to Morrocco and died 2 years later, heroin od..Pam died living with two guys in La..2 years later also.
My take is that regardless of whether her negligence or maliciousness were the direct cause, Pam was ultimately his undoing. Her guilt seems to be the one consistent thing she displayed to everyone. It seems to have been profound, which points away from murder. Side note: Billy Squier apparently dated her briefly in '73, but has always refused to discuss her. I still wanna know why Jim was screaming naked in the hall at 3am the night he died...
Jim was hardly an innocent his drinking was killing him during their relationship. If you believe Marianne Faithful and I do, Jim died in the bathroom of a bar and was transported back to the bathtub of their Paris apartment. We’re they toxic together ? Yes they were but she was not the direct cause of his death.

I feel so bad for Pamela (Courson) Morrison. She was devestated after Jim's death. I knew she wouldn't live long without him. Plus she was a heroin addict which Jim wasn't thrilled about. Jim Morrison RIP July 3, 1971 🍷🍾⚘ Pamela Courson RIP April 25, 1974 👡💔😢
just sad. I have no idea why.....people have to blame the girlfriend or wife. Yoko, Courtney, Pamela. the men did their own thing. but people won't blame THEM. hey, Daniel...did you see where the autopsy report was "leaked" by someone? (kurt's)
Sometimes we love the “wrong” one, it’s very common, people who aren’t particularly good for us but we are hooked on them despite their bad habits. Neither one are to blame, it is what it is.
I'll make the argument that he wasn't good for her from the beginning. She was 19....it was fate. They came from similar backgrounds and were similar people in their nature. I feel bad for both families. That was 50 years ago. There are lessons one can apply to the here and now.
Oh and her lament over not being able to control him ALSO should be understood. Nobody could control him. He didnt submit ĥimself to any outside control or authority. He also couldn't control himself either....its just sad to me😢. Pamela Courson was not responsible for what James Douglas Morrison decided to do period. My heart breaks for her family and friends. Loss sucks😢
Thank you Patricia Butler for sacrificing 6 years out of your life to research the real Pamela Susan Courson, and to write Angels Dance and Angels Die. ❤

It's to bad things didn't work out for Jim with Mary instead.
Omg, how horrible for her! He loved her so much too. He would have been devastated to know how the public treated her upon his death. And they were both into drugs!!
Loved her? Oh please! They both used each other to come back to when they had breaks in their many affairs. No ma'm, love had nothing to do with it. Just someone to hang with intermittently. A sorry excuse for a relationship.
Apparently Pam’s dealer was not only responsible for Jim’s death, but Janis Joplin’s as well. He fled LA immediately after she died and went to Paris where Jim died a few months later.
Why was Pam, "racked with frequent spasms of guilt", if she had done nothing wrong. She just sounds like a groupie that liked to party hardy without moderation. I heard back in those days that Pam did NOT OD, but committed suicide from a guilty conscience.

Jim had health problems from heavy drinking at 27, thats crazy. I believe he probably did do a line of H but who knows where.

Because he’s “Jim fnnn Morrison “
He did the same thing with Nico
The first day they met. 😂
If JM NEVER MET PAM I BELIEVE HE WOULD'VE LIVED ALOT LONGER....SHE WAS HIS DEMISE

Read the book if you can find it called Angels Dance and Angels Die.

Don’t you know men are inherently weak and therefore it’s not p.c. to blame them for their own choices?
Lol
If the shoe fits...she was a bad news junkie, good riddance. And FYI Courtney had Kurt killed.
When the wife/gf is a junkie they kinda deserve some blame….

Something about this sounds extremely off
Would still make a pretty cool Oliver Stone movie.

No reliable evidence of Pam being responsible for Jim's death in any way.
It's disturbing how "my old man" can mean either a father or a lover to a lady.

Its addiction. That's all.
Jim Morrison died 53 years ago and Pam Courson 50 years ago. My goodness its really boring the same garbage
Pam Courson is 100x worse than Yoko Ono, and a Ginger….
