@@gravitybug That is a bookkeeping misdemeanor that has a fine. Obama also misfiled some expenses when running for president. There was no trial or media coverage, just a penalty fine. It is not a felony charge, or a state jurisdiction. Just charge him the fine for the illegal claim.
