For all those who might make mention of it, I realize Alabama was ranked #1 in the College Football Playoff coming into this week. However, I've been using the AP rankings since I started my "Alabama Football Cinematic Universe" back in 2014 with the 1990 football season. I made a conscious decision all of those years ago to stick with the AP rankings once I reached the 2014 season. That decision remains in place in the present day.
