Dude crawled into his own grave. This is one of the most stressful videos I’ve ever watched. Fuck. This right here is why I would never do shit like that.
I am extremely claustrophobic and even watching this video gets my anxiety going. When I heard he was stuck upside down for almost a day without being able to move, the only thought that came to mind is I would rather be dead than have to deal with that. I would literally lose my mind and beg for death.
There's a reason why some people would develop claustrophobia, it's a warning sign for us created by our ancestors. For every single thing we fear our ancestors from millions of years ago had to live through it. People like John died because they ignored these warnings.
Some people clearly lack "something",when you go close to a ledge the body tells you ,you are in danger ,when you see something coming towards you or something falls, you cover your head first etc , thats why we have those warnings. Some people climbing on top of a huge tower without equipment ,just to get a selfie ,doing all kinds of "extreme"sports shouldnt be legal.because we have to send people to save those clowns, risking their own lives.
@@leon6257 Nah, unless they put other people's lives are at stake, these adrenaline junkies can do whatever they want. They just need to sign a waiver that says they are the only party who's responsible for their own lives, and authorities will reserve the right to not save them in extreme dangerous situations.
I would be open to some low risk caving, but when it gets down to having to exhale while prone to squeeze through a tunnel, no. Not even a little bit. I wanna walk around, maybe shimmy up and down a rope, but I do not want to be tempting fate by squeezing through a tunnel I barely fit through, or by going up and down vertical tunnels when there's a chance of inclement weather outside. Caves are neat, but I do not wanna fuck around like that in one.
There is nothing wrong with caving. But I seriously struggle to call what we've seen here caving, this is just some weird brand of stupidity. I've seen some beautiful caves in my life, but I've explored all of them in an upright, standing position. The worst I had to do was crouch to fit a 1.5 meter gap in an old salt mine cave. THAT is what caving is. No person with their survival instincts in tact would willingly squeeze their body into a narrow tunnel like that.
