I started to get worried when I heard their premise for the game, since that sounds so similar to what I am doing, but their system sounds very different. Thus I can continue work on my own system.
If a game feature has a long standing/traditional name, you should use that name. The approaches are /attributes/. Vigor is health or hit points. Don't rename the wheel. Is there a plan to do crowd funding for this? To offer it world wide?
Hi, we have named things differently because they function differently to traditional things like attributes and hotpoint stc.. we have already made the book, unfortunately due to where we live we are not able to offer crowd funding, however if you wish to take a look you can order a physical or digital copy from our website above. many thanks J.
What a great episode, really enjoyed listening to your design experiences and I look forward to picking your book up soon! Cheers 👍
I had to find the time to watch this rather long video - but such a great topic, thank you! ♥
I love ALL How to be a Great GM videos!!!! ❤
Big fan of approaches. One of my favorite parts about the FFG edition of L5R

I started developing my own system about 2 years ago. I called it Quintessence. Guess I'll go come up with a new name for it (. _ . )
