I wish I could share my shop with her. It would be great to see what she might do with a full shop. I love the way she helps her neighbours. That's how I was raised 72 years ago. . As an amature distiller I would like this machine. The water runoff looks like it has enough starchs to treat and ferment and distill. The sweet potato mash could be put through the dehydrater and ground or left chunky for food storage. I've never tried sweet potato flour. As a chef I can imagine many uses for sweet potato flour. I would think the ground potato rehydrated with onoin and pepers would fry into nice potato paties with grilled vegies and some fish. Now retired and homesteading I want such a machine. I could reduce waste ingredably. Thankyou for sharing and God bless.

I am always amazed at how strong this young lady is. She carries these machines all over her village on her back. She really is an amazing individual.
It was mentioned in a previous video that she has helpers to carry her machines and that her doing so for short distances was a pub for her videos .
@@nilletourneau3922 its still impressive to carry a machine and compressor down a slope without falling! Yes she has workers but far from being weak or lazy, especially how slender she is
That compressor alone could be 15-25kg by itself...could be looking at another 40kg (give or take) on her back

Lin, another amazing video. I would say though that you don't need to stitch weld such heavy pieces. Turn your amps down by 10% and just do straight welds. It will be much easier to clean up and give you much better welds.
only thing i am concerned about her working is the safety aspect. she need respirators for grinding and welding. she could use a welding jacket for grinding. better yet she needs a plasma cutter.
Yeppirs, I agree that a lower amps ( cooler ) setting would provide a better weld visually.
IMHO, As for the stitched weld method she uses, I believe this is an excellent example of what can be done to handle 'moments' of stress. By creating a series of individual penetrations, a linear fail is less likely to occur, especially in high vibration applications.
She does such wonderful work using a Stick Welder I Love To See What She Can Do With a Mig Welder.
