SAMSUNG A01 UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET

After "HARD RESET" A message goes like this - An unauthorised attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. But still can't connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network to verify identity.' as well as Wi-Fi connection page. I would be very thankful if someone has any idea on this issue. Please comment. Get a USB-c type to ethernet adapter to bypass Unable to access WiFi app. Just fixed a device by doing just that after endless searching.
