1961 Renault Dauphine Transaxle Surprise Episode 10

Yet another tale of woe during the "rebuild" of my 1961 Renault Dauphine which was purchased on eBay and grossly misrepresented. NEVER purchase an automobile on this platform or trust an individual without either a personal inspection. The eBay "Buyer Protection Program" is a fraud, in my opinion, as eBay gave me double-talk and did not live up to their terms.
That said, I'm committed to completing this project and chalking it up to a lesson learned.
And yes, I have spoken to the car Gods and have been assured a million fleas will inhabit the underwear of the seller for a period of not less than 20 years.
