How to Build a Bike Desk to Use With a Stationary Trainer & Zwift, Rouvy, or Any Other Virtual Ride

It seems silly to have to say out loud, but I needed a bike desk. I've been using the virtual ride software Zwift with my indoor bike trainer and I needed a way to place my computer close enough to see and use without spending a lot of money. So I thought I would build one and show you all how I did it.
