Hero "silver" recording the "4K" ??? Please tell me how you do it? As far as I understand the only Hero 4, which records to 4K real is the hero 4 Black ....

The Hero 4 Silver can do it, but just for 15fps....I recored 2.7k for 30 fps, but I converted to 4k. :)

I recorded 2,7K 30fps, protune on and I converted with gopro studio to 4K protune on too.
