Might want to check your limit screws, first thing I would check is cable tension. If you’re having a hard time shifting to a climbing gear just twist your barrel adjuster out to tighten the cable. When I install wheels for people I always make sure the shifting is right. Still want to see the wheel he sold you for 260! Yea if your chain is dropping off the back, either your derailleur hanger is bent or your limit screws need to be adjusted. If it’s a 28 spoke wheel that thing isn’t gonna like being loaded for touring. You can get double wall rims for 100 bucks, it’s the HUB and spokes that make a rim expensive. That hub looks thick though, and thats good.
