Have you tried a different type of dairy, like goat's milk? I've heard that sometimes is better than cow's milk for colicky babies.

Fish based formula worked really well for my colicky son.
Speak to his doctor, the Dr should advise based on his needs.

Walmart has infant gas drops
When my son had gas I gave him gas drops
Maybe he has reflux? Or a milk allergy?
