- Okay, so I've been trying to upload this video all day, but UA-cam didn't want to cooperate. In the end, I could only upload it through a phone, but it's up finally, after 6 hours of trying.. So, haha, this was the winner of last weeks poll, guys, I hope it was worth the struggle, lol, and you like it:) It's inspired by Howl's Moving Castle, but I wanted to make it more unique, not just a copy, so I made it a little different and added things here and there. I hope you like it:) Enjoy.

Hi! I'm Melinda, a VFX artist and sound designer from Hungary. I create relaxing ambient soundscapes of unique places. Hopefully, you'll enjoy listening and looking at these ambience videos made to relax you, transport you to faraway places, help you study or work, and maybe even trigger your ASMR.
Equipment I use:
Nikon D3300 (DSLR for recording green screens, black screens and taking photographs)
Tascam DR-40 (mic for recording sounds)
Wacom Intuos Art (pen tablet for compositing work)
Audio-Technica ATH-M40x headphones
Green screen
Black screen
(Hubby uses Wacom Cintiq 16. He sometimes helps me, since he's an illustrator, and I can't draw, lol.)

I was looking at the scene and thought "wait this looks like...." And then I saw Calcifer and I was like IT IS! 😁 Love it!! 😍

Absolutely obsessed with Howl's Moving Castle and I love this! I used to use ASMR Rooms' videos to study but unfortunately they had to be taken down for copyright reasons. I'm glad that my study sessions will be magical again!

There's a note on ASMR Rooms' channel that says she put her Ghibli-themed videos on her Patreon for (I think) all levels of sponsorship. ...If you miss them a lot and are able to spring for that. It does sound as if she won't be able to put them back on UA-cam for quite a while, if ever. 😞

I hope you read this and you know how much of a difference you're making in my life. I've been pretty much self-isolating for months, working from home in a never-ending project, just sitting on my desk, alone, nearly all the time. I just need some background ambient, but the monotony was driving me crazy. But this makes my studio a whole new place, and fills it with fantasy and company, and some excitement and colour, but allowing me to focus. I just found your channel, but I'm so happy I did.
