Interesting points but you lack an understanding of the way the country works, or you just chose to ignore the way the government in the US works and try to apply the ways of India to the US. Most US citizens don't think about India and they don't judge India. The US is a representative (or constitutional) democracy as opposed to a direct democracy. The public elects individuals to represent them at government level in a representative democracy as opposed to a referendum for the majority on key issues in the case of a direct democracy. So, the representative or constitutional democracy as well as the direct democracy are all a type of democracy.

The problem that exists in the United States is not exclusive to America but the problem is actually with the democratic system itself the problem is that everyone thinks that the democratic system is a perfect system and that there no other system in which to draw wisdom from. You seeing a similar problem in Germany with the government attempting to ban the afd, you're also seeing this in France wear radical extreme parties are becoming more popular, you're also seeing this change happening in Canada in England. The problem I believe is that more so in North America with Canada and America is that these are relatively young Nations which only have ever had one system and that is democracy so they don't really have any frame of reference to another way of doing things, and there is a lot more naivety around the democratic system that people take for granted. It's also a bit ignorant to assume that the United States is the only country that restricts abortion access when there are most countries in Eastern Europe flat out band abortion, and in a place like india abortion is banned up to 24 weeks so I think what America did was ban late-term abortions, which are legal under the former system. So it is kind of Rich if you're going to claim that America is some dystopian Society because they restricted abortion to 16 weeks in a place like Florida. But the real problem with the democratic system is the fact that you basically have people who are allowed to make decisions who really should not be making decisions on how the state is run. The problem that exists within the democratic system is that voters will only vote in terms of Their Own self-interest which at times may actually be countered to National interest because the one thing that you're actually failing to realise is that there are actual people who voted to put someone like Joe Biden in power politicians in a democratic system are a reflection of the electorate that put them there. For example people are willing to overlook the whole scandal with Bill Clinton and Wanita Broderick simply for the purpose of getting abortion access which no matter how you slice it it just basically a get out of jail free card for women's bad reproductive choices(rape and incest being the minority of cases). If you actually asked the average voter why they want to vote you will find that they really bring nothing to the table and simply just want to voice their opinion, the idea of universal sufferage serves no real function and does nothing for increasing State efficiency but in fact is the opposite

Palki compared Trump's case with Kejriwal. Trump got proper conviction in court. Kejriwal didn't. Kejriwal was jailed, Trump was not.
He has been arrested by the CBI. Trump was indicated and convicted, only sentencing is left in several of those cases. He's already bee fined close to half a mil.
