I used to work as AD and director in Bollywood, tv serials and Marathi films. I left due to less money. There is no minimum wage in our constitution for the film industry. So cheap labour especially of up/bihar is there to replace u. If ur director, writer and male actor(females can earn money by their side business 😊) then u will become rich in ur 40s mostly. Indian audiance is intrested in soft pornos, action etc. So Sorry to say all these institutes are useless if they teach u about art and acting, direction. Cuz in Bollywood these things don't exist. Reason is in the end nepokids get lead roles by paying money to production houses. If u think I'm lieing then just check stats. Except rajkumar Rao and karthik aryan all lead actors are actually rich and had nepokids and most didnt passout from any film institutes.
