Never in my life have I ever seen a better opening than this one. OH MY GOD! I was rocking my head to the music and wishing the fight scenes would never end! I could honestly say that it's even been more exciting than watching an entire anime. I'm gonna watch this video over and over again until I get sick of it...but that's never gonna happen because: 1) Epic rock-step BGM, 2) SICK animation, and 3) God Eater. I can't even imagine the sweet blood skills the scythes are going to have. Honestly. It gives me chills from the excitement. Never in my life have I been this hyped for a game. Never.

I always find it disturbing that they can kill aragami in one or two hits in the intros and at the anime OVA. While we're playing, a large aragami will require around 50-100 hits before dying. (Equipping high level equipment is an exception)
Think about it. If it really was that easy in the game, then i'm sure the game wouldn't be nearly as fun. I doubt there's actually a story reason for this. It's probably just part of the game.

11 months late. but normally the OPENING cutscene is at random, however after making your character you will get it again with either the male or female as you made.

I really hope this comes to Europe as well as the USA. Because aside from all the persona games (including one and innocent sin as I have yet to play the second part of persona two. The one called Eternal punishment), the God's eater burst game I played on the psp was one of my all time favorites.
