#7 needs to be updated The 2022 Food Code lowers the minimum requirement for hand washing water temperature from at least 100°F to at least 85°F. This new minimum temperature aligns with the Uniform Plumbing Code and seems to be a comfortable temperature because it's close to the same temperature as the surface of people's skin.
@@Hawaiianorchid temps, how long food can stay under a heat lamp, its been a year so I don't remember what else was on my test. Just a warning, they word every question weird, and there are sometimes answers that are right, but there could be a better option.
Have anyone take the test and passed? After pass the test how do you get you’re ServSafe certificate? What if you failed the test it is free to retake?
I just took and passed. This video was helpful and a couple of the questions were on the exam. Thank you.
