People have been payed or threatened .Some one knows something and they need to come forward and give lady closure, if it was your child wouldn't you want answers.
There is NO WAY this young man was hit by a vehicle. His clothes are completely intact. His shoes are still on. His body is in near anatomical position. I’ve seen my share of body’s after it been met with force. They do no end up anywhere close to a “lounging” position. They look like rag dolls. Not trying to sound grotesque, but it is what it is. There are no injuries to his hands or face. We need justice for this young man and his grieving mother.

I have found this case to be very odd. From the beginning, it appeared that the investigation was sloppy. Either from inexperience or just flat out neglect. I sure hope that they either clear Buster or arrest him. The Murdoch family was a mess. If there is a connection, then they need to find it.....someone killed this young man! His family needs to be able to complete the grieving process!

When this happened Alex Murdoch was a very powerful attorney who had put many people in prison himself. Paul Murdochs gf said Paul and buster often found themselves getting into different kinds of trouble. They did things most kids would have gotten arrested for that night. All that to do was call Alex or call there grandad (Alex’s dad). They always made it go away. So likely they made the Steven thing go away for awhile. It wasn’t until Mallory beaches death that anything actually happened that they couldn’t make go away.
Why does no one look at SLED as being obstructive? All roads lead there and there is a neon arrow pointed at them. Is it proven that a grand jury has been empanelled ? Or is it another smoke screen to stop this case from being resolved? What bombshell would explode if they did their job and solved this case? Or do they already know and are covering theirs or someone elses tracks. When things heat up Sled throws out something that pacifies the public and then nothing happens. Doesn't that seem strange to anyone?

He’d get his brother to do it to distance himself from it. Which is exactly what he did. He’s pretty predictable at this point.

Paul didn't kill Mallory it was a boating accident I don't blame Paul at all. They were All drinking. And I don't believe for one second that Buster had anything to do with Stephens death. Buster isn't a killer. Sadly I don't feel they will ever find out who killed Stephen.

thank you for such sensitive and compassionate coverage of these cases, and your consideration of all victims, including loved ones. i can't stomach the outlets that can't report on cases without making them a spectacle, i'd be hurt to see a loved one's pain refashioned for enjoyment. i do also agree that the extensive coverage of Stephen's case after the Murdaugh murders is what finally brought due attention to it. like with so many cases. your channel does good work. keep nailing it.

This must be investigated and the culprits held accountable. The Smiths need justice. Stephen was a beautiful brave young man and would have had a lot to give the world. And even if that wasn't the case, you still can't do things like this to anyone and escape responsibility. Oh and the Murdaughs and especially Alex - I'm so full of them and that everything revolves around that whining narcissist yet again, how utterly shameful! And as for the rumours, sometimes they have no basis and sometimes they do, at least to some extent. It can only be determined by careful investigation. In this case, it would seem that the Murdaughs know at least something, but of course they are protecting themselves and others who might be involved. That family and some of their acquaintances are arrogant and indifferent scoundrels, including Buster. Maybe time will unfortunately have to pass a little more before this starts to unravel, but we must not give up and let this case be forgotten!
