Applied Business Strategy 01 - Macroeconomic Analysis

In this first video of my new "Applied Business Strategy" series, I give you some insights on the kind of analyses my team and I conduct on an annual basis at the very beginning of our Strategic Planning process. Using Thailand's economy as an example, we look at a number of economic indicators and their relevance and implications for our business strategy.

All figures and statistics are taken from official / credible sources and have been cross-checked to ensure accuracy - so it might also be relevant for anyone with an interest in the Thai economy. Any errors (spelling, labeling, etc.) are completely my own, of course.
