I was heading northbound from about the Thornton Quarry to just south of Lake-Cook Road (due to time restrictions, I couldn't post about the last ten seconds exiting onto that road).

Bumpy road for a toll road.... In Europe, all Toll Roads have a very high quality for the most part... you don't pay tolls for a bumpy ride.

THE TRI-State Tollway has a lot of traffic During Rush Hours.

Its bumpy because the pavement has to be replaced. This will be all taken care of by the end of 2009.
